Nothing like pictures dirty,no mattress protector,electric sockets hanging out of wall and not working ,lights not working ,mould and dirt around shower ,kettle not working just blows trip all reported before making this review owner message I give you 10 percent off next time you stay. Why would I want to stay in a filthy place again

Bar downstairs. Nice room in centre of town

No reception so they send a message but not until the day of arrival by which time I was up a mountain. Had to phone to get in. Seems to be common in Spain but why can't they send a message the day before given you've already paid for the room. Also required completion of online form which could have been completed weeks before. Much of the info was on the booking.

They didn’t clean the room or changed the towels every second day as promised. We asked for two individual beds and had a confirmation on it but didn’t get it. We had to change to a smaller room as the toilet wouldn’t stop running water. On the registration page it was not possible to select checkin before 16:00 even though when booking it stated 15:00 as earliest checkin. Fridge made a lot of noise

The hotel was very clean, staff very polite. Room comes with a fridge, microwave and kettle. A duvet is provided (for cold people like my husband). Very central, short walk away from restaurants.

We came to Coín for a wedding, beautiful area but not too much to do.

A lovely traditional Spanish hotel with modern touches and comforts and very nice restaurant in courtyard. There’s not much parking opposite. We had to park in the public parking and that involves a lot of steep steps- not great with luggage. The self entry system could be simpler and for us it was very bad that our given room code was incorrect. A very kind waiter tried to help and Let Malaga were helpful when we finally got through to them but you don’t need to be standing outside your room having hassle on arrival. It’s put us off any self check in hotel without reception. In fact we saw another couple finding their key code lock very temperamental. It took them a number of times to open.

Very little. The exception was the adjoining bar , run by others.

There was no hot water in my room. the shower was held in place by elastoplast. the paint was shabby. No body to complain to. Would I go back .Never

We had breakfast at the local restaurant down the road from the hotel

The room and bathroom could do with a bit of refreshments, hairdryer coming off the wall, nowhere to hang towels and bidet leaking. Tv not working after 3 time’s telling them that aerial was broken, walls were very scuffed and floor. The room and bed’s were not cleaned every day. Hole in wall with a towel inside the hole behind dressing table.

The location is excellent and the hotel is beautiful with nice decor

The shower wasn’t great as the shower head leaked. Also on the 2nd day there was no hot water.

Very handy location, right in the centre with lots of restaurants and bars within a very short walk. Room was spacious and clean and beds were comfy. Rooms were cleaned daily, beds made and towels changed which was necessary as the shower leaked a bit so the foot towel got soaked. However the shower had good power and warmth. Good price.

Room was very loud - our room was in the middle with the windows facing into the inner courtyard. There is a cafe there during the day from lunch and a bar in the evenings open to late so all noise in that area or in the foyer echoed upwards. Even when it rained it sounded like someone had left a shower on next door! I can imagine the self check in service and using a code would be difficult to use for some older guests.

I was there for work so i was not so much in my room as it was to sleep , nice clean , in tbe center close to a parking place and some nice restaurants and bars

Location, free parking a stroll away. Kettle in the apartment with tea and coffee.

No kitchen equipment. Heater stuck on 28 degrees .

What a lovely hotel, the room was so lovely clean and well presented. We had a kettle, fridge and microwave. Beautiful bathroom and all together lovely stay

There is quite a lot of paperwork to fill in when you check in, including getting copies of passports, so having a receptionist present, even if it's only at guest arrival, would be useful.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Fabulous communication. A really lovely place to stay.

The building is beautiful and location excellent

The key pad and the pre check In, whatever happened to old fashioned keys, maybe coffee sashes in the room

Location and the architecture

A lot of things were not working. Sink was clogged. The shower door wasn't closing completely. The whole room was at 28C when I opened a door. Like sauna. Took me an almost an hour to cool it off in the middle of the night.

The location was great, beautiful hotel, lovely communal areas. Would recommend and would stay again!

The room did not seem to have hot water during my stay, luckily my friends had another room so I was able to use their facilities. The door was very heavy and scraped the floor every time it was opened / closed, toilet flush was not working 100%.
