The air conditioning works WELL! Good location and comfortable, clean room. Breakfast had a great selection and tasty.

The bathroom tile was slippery and I slipped and fell. Would be good to have a non skid rubber mat there.

Good receptionist, when she was available. Unfortunately, she had many other roles to play and no one else spoke English. Room air conditioner was good. Good breakfast.

The restaurant dinner and service was awful. Had flammkuchen which was inedible. When we mentioned this to the waitress, her response was, “well that’s the way we make it here.” At breakfast I noticed they were scrambling the eggs in the same griddle with the bacon. Being a vegetarian for many years I asked the cook if she could make some in a pan with butter. Her response was that she needed a day’s notice and would not make them that day!

Room has all conveniences.

Be warned of showers dripping water in the night! Open bedroom and bathroom design means this can be a shock.

Everything about this hotel is great. The location couldn’t be any better/central. Staff is really helpful. Restaurant is good and prices are fair.

Well situated

Had very bad food in the restaurant. Handshower leaking with the hose and spraying water backwards. Mattress very hard and uncomfortable.

There is nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel was amazing. Free parking on premise was also a big plus. Our room had a great view of the Rathaus and the centre was just a minute walk away. Very spacious restaurant and good decor. The rooms had a theme going which was very nice. We were in Mexico. The room in general was fine and equipped with all we needed and very spacious. Breakfast and dinner was good but nothing special. Besides the cleaners everyone was friendly and helpful.

There were two big points that should be better and some minor gripes. First of all the room just wasn't clean. The sheets, towels and carpet were stained. There was even a blood stain in the sheets. There were cobwebs on the ceiling too. It wasn't big nasty, the kind of stain when you have it at home you might shrug off because it's your own dirt, but for a hotel it was too much. The other point is that the cleaners just barged in. It was around 9 in the morning, which isn't very late. They knocked but walked in instantly without waiting. Said hello because the lights were on but still kept walking into the bathroom which had someone sitting naked on the toilet. Not good!Some minor things were just strange. When you put in your passkey all the lights turn on. So when you enter the room during the day, the first thing you have to do is switch off all the lights.The shower in the middle of the room also is questionable at best. Especially since it had no curtain and we didn't find a way to turn the ventilation on.

The breakfast was excellent

Pillows were very flat. My colleagues said the air conditioning wasn't working in their rooms.

Central location but quiet. Lovely large room and balcony. Attractive dining area. Very reasonable price considering the facilities, and even though it was the least expensive hotel on my 9 day trip it was one of the best.

I do wish hotels wouldn’t overcomplicate the light switches in their rooms, or at least provide some instructions! It was baffling trying to work out which switches did what. I was never able to get the lights in the shower to switch on at all. This was a pity as it was all very modern and obviously a lot of thought had gone into the design of the room. This is only really a small point; it didn’t spoil my stay and I would certainly stay there again.

the staff were very helpful, the location was very central , and very convenient parking at the rear of the hotel.

Super nice hotel - a real gem! Very modern rooms - best showers ever! A lovely little town with nice restaurants just by the river. Free parking behind the hotel and a very good breakfast included.
