Pros +
- Location, fresh interior, nice staff and delicious breakfast.
- Excellent bar meal in the evening - though not cheap
- Breakfast and central location are top.
Cons -
- Tub, shower were dangerously slippery and got water everywhere. Bar was not open post summer season.
- We had to leave just after 8:00am and breakfast wasn't available until 8:00 so we weren't able to enjoy what promised to be an excellent breakfast
- The decoration in the breakfast room is terrible. Same for the terrasse where you can have lunch or dinner during weekends. Either you sit in a couch or in a high seat. Impossible to dine in those couches. Anyway this place used to be nicer.

The location is good
This is a 2 star hotel, not a 4 star. The rooms are small and old with cracks in the paint work, outdated airco and old low cost furniture.
Luxury room with jacuzzi bath in the middle of the action: sandy beach bars, seafood restaurants, designer shopping including Belgian Fashion.
Wait for receptionist on check-in
Location location, room, bar and location

Well presented and furnished. Prime position close to sea front and to some high end shops
Very nice and comfortable room ,excellent location and outstanding restaurant .Staff in the hotel and restaurant is really fantastic .
very nice staff, comfortable room and bathroom, ideal location, parking
Excellent
Garden is beautiful but not cleaned. Window in the room not cleaned. Bathroom too small.
It is a nice hotel. Location superbe and great for a short stay. Private parking is so convenient. And the styling of the hotel is nice.
It is not very personal, staff is friendly but that's it. Not that extra step to make the stay special. The restaurant was poor quality, not a great chef. With a little bit of extra effort, this could be a fantastic 9/10 hotel.
Location, breakfast, restaurant.
The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice. Fresh. Delicious scrambled eggs. Delightful service.
Nothing. An excellent weekend.
We always enjoy this hotel and find it a delight to stay there. The staff are excellent especially Martine at reception. She is always so kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.
The room was really spacious en clean. Little balcony that allows you to see the hussle of Knokke. Really nice staff and breakfast was excellent. The location is great near teh beach in the city center. We are definitly comming back
The parking is extra which is for the price of the hotel a bit expensive. But this is knokke so you pay a bit more.
An excellent and warm welcome. We were surrounded by a very friendly, polite and courteous staff. The Lugano Hotel will be our hotel for the next stays in Knokke.
Nothing to mention.
