I asked one day in advance to change my dates of my two night stay to one day later. They said no. So I then booked the exact same two rooms for a third night and lost the money for the first night, even though they obviously had the availability to change them.

They are owned by a car dealership. And it shows.

Beds could have been a bit longer. That the drinks are too expensive, ok, but 45 EUR for parking!!!

Great location, beautiful lobby, underground parking

Outside terrace bar was closed during the evening, despite high season. Extremely long waiting times to get any service. Lack of electric plugs in the room. Bad insulation with neighboring room.

We find ourselves returning to this hotel time and time again. This was our second visit in a short period, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The recent renovations are stunning, creating an ambiance of modern elegance.The staff is outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their service strikes the perfect balance between warmth and discretion, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. As pet owners, we greatly appreciate the hotel’s pet-friendly approach, which makes traveling with our furry companions effortless. Not only are pets welcome, but they are also allowed in the restaurants, which is an absolute delight. Being able to enjoy world-class dining without having to leave our pets behind is a rare luxury that sets this hotel apart.The cleanliness is impeccable, with a dedicated housekeeping team maintaining the highest standards throughout the hotel. Their professionalism is evident not only in their meticulous work but also in their well-presented uniforms, which enhance the hotel’s polished image. Whoever oversees housekeeping deserves special recognition for their exceptional management.The culinary experience is nothing short of extraordinary. As frequent travelers to five-star hotels worldwide, we have high expectations, and this hotel truly delivers. Breakfast is outstanding, dinner is exquisite, and even the bar snacks are thoughtfully crafted and delicious. The cocktails, in particular, are a highlight—expertly mixed and on par with those found in top-tier establishments.One might not expect world-class service, fine dining, and exceptional cocktails in a small seaside hotel, but this property delivers all that and more. It is a true hidden gem, and we look forward to returning again soon.

Very chic and luxurious. Room very comfortable and spotless. Staff helpful and courteous.

It is just a wonderful hotel, absolutely stunning. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very clean. And these beautiful attentions, like little chocolate pralines on your bed in the evening, a perfume sample at your arrival… We will come back for sure.

High end quality furnishings, great parking, extremely good sized rooms.

Hotel has been beautifully renovated. Bar, restaurant were stunning Modern but very warm feeling

The staff was very friendly but somebody needs to give a good training. Youngsters did not really see it. But that is the only remark. I feel this is a problem in a lot of restaurants that people are not trained except in Hof van Cleve!

Hotel itself is renovated, but fee things are still old, nonetheless the place is really niceLocation is good, its in a very calm area with a lot of local and high end shops.

Although the hotel is renovated and it's really nice, it still has an area to improve.Staff are not always available. They don't always puck up the phone when you call them (reception)

Face t location , accessible to the city and supplies

The property was perfect and really deserves all of their stars. It was close to everything and the view was amazing. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely back.
