Clean, spacious, lovely balcony

Bad
Awful rude staff, poop outside of the toilet.
Very clean room and reception staff were excellent and informative.
Room a little dark.
Love that the owner helped me with a bigger bed as I just was operated , that is ownership
Location, quality of hotel. Roof top, outside seating area, restaurant
Breakfast is only a full buffet, no simple coffee and croissant possible.
Great location. Receptionist super friendly and helpful. Everything clean and tidy. We did not dine in the hotel so cannot comment on food. Overall, a lovely hotel essentially on the beach at a reasonable price point. We hope to go back.
Welcome from the staff; support for our bikes; breakfast
Luxurious breakfastGood restsurant for dinner with prix fixe set menu that is tasty and good value
Location.
The room had one obscured window and the other one had view on the fire escape and into another room! Our room was also marked as a fire escape. If there had been an alarm, multiple guests would have gone through our room and out the window. The door to the bathroom was transparent and offered no privacy.
Convenient, comfortable, clean, and efficient/friendly staff
The mirror that provides, from the bed, a unspoiled view to the toilet as the bathroom door is transparent
Very good locationGood service and helpful staff
A bit noisy
Full apartment for an affordable price in the centre of Knokke. Breakfast of high standard.
Full apartment room lacks basic kitchen facilities such as microwave or water cooker.
Great location, the bed was comfortable.
The bathroom's door was transparent and makes it hard to use it when travelling with a friend and not family or partner. Not ideal.
breakfast was very goodgood caffeetasty croissantsfresh fruits
view from the window of our room
Near the beach
Unfriendly staff, price quality poor.
Great location.
Trash of the people who slept there before was still in the bin..
Very good
the bathroom was visible from the room which was a bit disturbing for us.
