- I loved everyone who was working here while I was visiting Dublin. Friendly charming knowledgeable professional hard working.... They are all truly AMAZING! Hotel Employee at the front desk is an angel and really took great care of us

- Loud drunk guests awakened me at 3am
- BOOKED 2 BEDS AND WAS GIVEN ONE AND WAS TOLD WE'RE EXTREMELY BUSY TONIGHT. FRONT DESK STAFF RUDE.
- Was told at reception there was no reservation made even though I had email confirmation. Freezing room heating wasn't working. 9am and 11:30 disturbance when chamber maids entered room. Very disappointed with stay at this hotel
