the room was clean and comfortable. Our travel plans changed and they were very accommodating switching our reservation to a day later.

Location was a bit far from the train station iand salt mine. You needed to catch a taxi to get to it. They serve a breakfast, but it was rather expensive for what you received.. you are kind of a captive audience out there, there aren’t other food options nearby. So they thus can charge you a high price for breakfast.

Great location near the city and salt mine. Comfortable beds. Nice size room and bathroom. Kettle and small fridge work well. Easy to check in and park. Nice quiet area.

It was written that all ordered rooms (3 units) will be equipped with air conditioning. Not all of them were, one without air conditioning. And in others, it was necessary to pay 60 zlotys to turn on the air conditioner. The premium was not informed when ordering. When trying to talk to the reception, there was no response. He pretended not to understand English. The price is not worth the location, not worth the narrow beds and cramped showers. I don't recommend it.

It was nice to see farm animals and feel as if you were out of the city. Really liked the use of PV and wind power.

It was a full 30 minutes up hill from the train station. The cost of the hot tub was 30zl per person per hour. Same with the swimming pool. No AC so we cooked in our room even with the window open. Food was adequate but not great. Toilet seat not fastened…

I liked the variety of things to do, the jacuzzi, the pool, the restaurant, the gaming room, the playground. The staff was always super nice and helpful. The location is great, on the peaceful suburbs but still close to the city center (10 min walk). The food in the restaurant was tasty.

Pretty much everything was at an additional charge. Some things looked kind of abandoned/not taken care of. The pool ladder was moving, the pool itself wasn't too clean either. The gaming room was in a really bad shape (although it's a plus it was accessible for free).

Well organised with many attractions for kids, friendly staff and clean rooms.

The property was very nice, warm and welcoming. Parking available and the owner spoke good English and was very helpful ?

We loved the room and location of the hotel. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of items. Check in was quick and easy. We were able to park right up front. The unique theme was fun.

Our room--while amazing--was right next to the bird menagerie. And our cute friends honked, yodeled and crowed all night long. So either a room farther away from the birds or ear plugs would be helpful.

The hotel was clean, same the bathroom and the room. They offered tasty breakfast with reasonable choice of dishes. It was possible to order a tasty dinner in an onsite restaurant. The staff was polite and helpful.

I have to exterminate a few ants on arrival in our room. The window was closed during hot day, so it was very hot during the first night.

Good sized room, range of services, parking.

The bathroom had strong urine smell, the toilet itself was disgusting. Unfortunately we discovered too late what causes it and could report only in the morning. The answer was only a "sorry "....The breakfast is poor, and on top of that they charge your child too.

I loved the mini Zoo and play area for children was fantastic.

Despite great play area I still think the price per one might was slightly too high (370 zl), especially that breakfast wasn’t included and cost me another 90 zl.

Good location to get fast to The Wieliczka Salt Mine (5min by car).

Lot of smoking areas in the yard, also a table of allowed smoking behind the rooms window.

Very quiet and cozy hotel with beautiful surroundings and the rooms with the entrance from the garden. The breakfast was different and delicious! Definitely worth to spend a night or a few!

Really good option if you are looking for a hotel near Krakow.When you enter the room for the first time, it smells of cleanliness. Large room, bathroom in very good condition, delicious breakfast, large parking lot. A lot of children entertainment and a pool for extra money.I would definitely like to return.

Poor soundproofing, you can hear neighbors talking

Great location, just 1+ km from Wieliczka salt mines. Loved the fact that you are not stranded in hotel room, rather have a beautiful garden to relax in right outside the room. There are plenty of tables in the garden, beautifully landscaped and lit. Breakfast was plentiful with scrambled and fried eggs, boiled and fried sausages, vegetables, breads, pancakes etc. Great parking, steps away from rooms.

The restaurant is open only until 8 pm which was a little bit of an issue when arriving late with a child. But, since the place is very close to the city, you can order pizza delivery.

Incredibly beautiful area with small zoo. Clean room, great breakfast, friendly staff. Obviously, the owners put their soul into this place.
