Room was fine, with good window looking into the Modling. All required amenities were provided. Clean room and bathroom. Heating was okay in the room since outside was very cold. The staff were very nice both at night and in the breakfast. The breakfast was the best point, various selection of teas, good coffee machine, juices, wide selection of food, and my favorite - there was lychee fruit (my favorite fruit and I have had a lot). Hotel is in short walking distance to the train station.

Only serious disadvantage is the location of hotel. When I have booked, I did not realize that it is outside Vienna borders. So, when you take a train to Modling (where hotel is located), your Vienna transport pass is not applicable to last 2-3 station which are outside Vienna borders and is different city. But still, hotel is 5-10 min walking distance to the train station.

Location was convenient to public transportation.

When I checked into my room it still hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guest. There was boxes and bags of takeout food and garbage in the trash can. The bed linens hadn’t been changed. The cleaning crew had already been sent home so I couldn’t stay in the room I had booked until the following day, which it still wasn’t clean and had to wait until the afternoon until the cleaning crew could come clean it.

The breakfast was a bit poor.... !! There was a big noise coming from the restaurant all the night as they were cleaning and moving the furnitures... I couldn't sleep until 4am because of that noise!! In the morning I told them about the issue, they said those are the kids in of the other rooms made that noise ??‍♂️ But I don't think that any kid can do such noise along 2-3 hours in the late time, and the partners leave them...So it was only an unaccepted excuses from them..So I couldn't sleep at all

It doesn’t match at all the pictures. It’s not well kept, the staff is not the nicest, the breakfast was bad and the free parking is until certain hour which they don’t mention.

The state of the room in general was quite bad. Not as clean as we expected, there was room service only for the first 2 days.

Reception was lovely and fast to solve issues. The suite itself was nice.

We had an "upgrade" and ended up in a tiny room with no balcony when we had booked the opposite (junior suite with balcony). After raising the issue to the staff, it was corrected instantly but we're still wondering now which part of that tiny room was the upgrade. Room was noisy with automatic lights and vent with no way to turn it off or on. Card to open the room was also randomly deactivated during our stay. Cleaning service did not really clean anything but just made the bed. The restaurant connected to the hotel was also a mess with no real waiters, making ordering complicated simply cause the restaurant is mostly designed for buffet. Overall, too many issues for such a short stay.

For me, the breakfast was adequate. The location of the hotel was perfect as my son, who I was visiting, was a 5 minute walk away, and was the reason this hotel was chosen. A big plus for the bathroom, although the floor of the shower area was lethal when wet - needs ridging.

The bedroom. When I booked a room, I chose the 'budget' option, and when booking in, was advised I was being upgraded. If the room was an upgrade, I dread to think what the 'budget' room was like! The website shows rooms with balcony and full windows. My room had a skylight, which could not open, and a view of the sky! There was a wardrobe with an empty mini refrigerator in, and an electric kettle. Daily housekeeping was a joke - my used towels were not replaced for the four days, nor was there any sign of a visit on three days. Finally, a map of the location of the facilities they say they offer, would have been useful, namely the vending machines and TV area.

Breakfast was perfect, beds are comfortable.

The room was a bit in worn condition, here there falling apart.The curtains are not enough to make the room dark at night.

Literally nothing, the rooms are totally different than the photos published.Old furniture and very bad taste of decoration. No tissues no slippers nothing only liquid soap!!

There was nothing I really liked about this hotel. The staff was unfriendly and gave no informations about breakfast, check out or anything else. The rooms are super outdated and dirty.

There was nothing really I did like. I guess that is answer enough.

Close proximity to Vienna and the value/cost ratio makes this hotel a real deal. Breakfast was outstanding. My whole family still talks about the variety of food we had there and the quality of those. Rooms were convenient and clean.

During dinner time garage can be crowded but other than that, I could park easily. Underneath the hotel, covered and has access to lobby/elevators. Almost perfect.

The room was fantastic. Large, comfy, clean and wonderful shower. It was very quiet. The restaurant connected was delicious and fun!

The breakfast was so-so but it came with the room so that was fantastic!

Smoking: next to the lift at the bottom of the stairwell is the "smoking lounge", which is a room where people can smoke indoors; it also holds the vending machine for snacks; the door to this room is always open and the ash trays were never emptied whenever I walked past; there's even an ash-tray next to the lift itself! The smell of stale cigarette smoke was all through the stairwell and through the (always open) doors into the first floor corridor with the rooms; whilst the room was officially no-smoking, there was a total of three ash trays on the patio (one on the table, one mounted on the concrete balustrade and one free-standing) all full of cigarette stumps. Whether it was because smokers carry the smell back into the room with them, or because the Smoking Lounge contaminated the air that circulated through the building, there was always a stench of stale cigarette smoke.WiFi: even though there was a router diagonally opposite my room door, the signal strength was minimum on all my devices and the connection broke off every 5 to 10 minutes; then, after logging back onto the WiFi, my devices would say "not connected to the internet", so working in the evenings in the room with my company VPN was only possible by hotspotting off my UK mobile phone, which incurred considerable chargesWardrobe: I was there for four days, and the wardrobe had three clothes-hangers; not enough to put up a week's worth of trousers and shirtsIron & Board: none in the room; I always take a travel iron, so I did not ask whether they could supply oneTea & Coffee: the in-room info claims that there should be a kettle with tea and coffee, but there was noneFurnishings: the room was tired; functional, but lots of wear and tear, for example there were no boards for the corner shelf, just empty brackets (limiting storage space even further)

There Are two Wings in the Hotel. The renewedone is good and comfortable. The old one is not something that could be proposed to people . ?

Really nice , clean and modern. I loved the breakfast and the many options to chose from. (had breakfast included) and the property is quite close to the motorways so is great for a quick rest.

For the price, the area wasn’t great but very clean.

Nithing at all

Every thing, the picture on booking was good , but when i arrieved its so sh#@@ty hotel. They close the doors on 10 pm i you had to fegure it out how to get in .

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite ok.

The manager was unpolite. The air conditioner was not working properly.
