Villa Centro

The breakfast was excellent; lots of variety and everything was freshly prepared. The proximity to the town centre is great- just a short walk. The staff was very helpful, offering great suggestions in terms of attractions and where to eat. Will be back!

A ramp to the main entrance would be great. It would give access to guests with mobility aids as well as making pulling in luggage easier.

hotel staff went the extra mile to help us.

Washer in room but no drier.

The staff were amazing, very pleasant as well as most helpful. The on site parking was very much a plus.

The shower was in very poor condition, the light above the stove did not work, and the bed was quite firm.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the room was big and comfortable. It is a really nice place and good value..

It was all good

Easy check in. Great breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful getting a cab

The room, the breakfast and especially Anya at the front desk. We stayed for only one night, but thst night was terrific.

Nothing!

The breakfast was superb-definitely of 3-star hotel quality. The room was prepared in advance of usual check-in. The evening desk clerk directed me to an excellent Polish cuisine restaurant, within walking distance of the hotel. The bus stop for the Train Station, Oswiecim Castle and Auschwitz-Birkenau is less than a block to the west.

I can't think of anything.

Location, breakfast, clean parking

Bed a bit uncomfortable but I am a big guy...

This was an amazing place! Beautiful. Clean very close to where I wanted to be. The most delicious options at breakfast. 100% recommend.

Convenient location only about 5 minutes from Auschwitz. Great breakfast as well. We asked for an early breakfast and the staff was able to accommodate us. Thank you!

The place , parking and room was very clean

Kids was on second floor of the apartment and say that is a bit tight and hot to sleep And breakfast e specially coffee cut be better

The room had a fridge, sink, and washer! The breakfast was amazing, out on a patio. There was a nice playground for the kids and a nice area outside to sit. Everyone was very sweet and helpful, especially Anya, who went above and beyond to help us!

Kitchenette (except for the below issues), breakfast (eggs, pancakes, cheese, sausage, yo-ghurt, bread, juice, coffee...), water bottles in the room, parking places. Receptionist nice and willing. Convenient location to Energylandia. Clean room. Water in the shower warm enough. Washing machine in the bathroom.

Kitchenette rather poorly equipped. No bread knife or other sharp knife, two pots, one lid, one pan (plates and cutlery okay). The electric stove was not working, the socket was loose, and the receptionist needed to readjust it so there was a contact in the wires, which did not seem very safe. Not to mention reliable. Breakfast room is not very big, might be a problem if everyone would like to eat at the same time. The mattress in the “loft part” was one with springs, but okay. It can get warm up in the “loft part”, when the window is open, it is then colder in the main room and nice on the loft.

Comfortable beds, washing machine available, great location, very friendly and helpfull staff. The rooms were ultra clean.

Excellent facilities, amazing room for 5 people.Amazing staff that was super comprehensive when we had to do an unexpected late checkout.

It was clean warm staff very friendly and helpful

A very cosy place. Good location. Quick checkin and checkout. Tasty breakfast.

Nearby there are good restaurants, one of them we went to because of one of the staff's recommendation! Also, it was close to the Auschwitz Museum.

Was clean nice and quiet.

Heating and hot water just wasn’t good enough for me but I like a hot hot shower but it was manageable, heating though I really was cold.

Wonderful apartment that had everything we needed, including breakfast! Very friendly reception staff. Apartment was spacious and clean. Very close to the town square. We greatly appreciated the late check out that was available. We would be happy to stay here again.
