Way overpriced. Very small room. Very small bed.

Staff were friendly and helpful . The room was clean and tidy with comfortable beds even with the sofa bed for my daughter.

Couldn't believe being a Hampton (part of the Hilton group) doesn't even have a beer opener in the room, which requires you to bring your bottled drinks to the front desk for opening. They also didn't refill the bottle waters in the room for the second day, which is not major but just a bit surprised.

Good location and great service. The rooms were decently sized.

Parking lacks signage once you pass the gate. For such unclear setup hotel should send out emails with instructions before arrival.

Second time I’ve stayed here and wasn’t disappointed, reception staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is exceptional. Location is a three walk to the old city square, a four minute walk to the old Jewish school. To attend Mass was a 5 minute walk. The taxi ride to Auschwitz Camp was about 6 minutes by taxi. Several nice restaurants within walking distance if you choose not to stay at hotel.

Can’t think of anything that I’d change which is why I chose to stay here again.

Great centrally located hotel, rooms are what you’d expect for a traditional hotel, hotel staff were very great to deal with, and the included breakfast was great!

The only disappointment we had was we arrived at 7pm for dinner, only to be told no meals until 9pm, This was likely due to the large school group they had attending, this prompted us to pop down stairs to a beautiful restaurant located on the river view side of the hotel. This isn’t exactly a negative thing against the hotel, as they had their hands full with what appeared to be a school group of around 150.

Very clean and obviously very new . Great location for the Auschwitz trip , only 20 min walk away .Roadside room was noisy and we were given a quieter room .Excellent friendly staff

Breakfast was excellent, the room was very clean and new. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right in the centre of the town and offers a spacious underground garage. From there it takes just 6 minutes by car to the Auschwitz memorial site.

Right next to the hotel is a very busy and loud road. So, keeping the windows closed is advised. The rooms have air condition.

Lovely clean rooms. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly Staff. My room was comfortable with a space to work and relax as well as sleep.

No cold drinks on offer at breakfast, some fruit juices and water would be nice. Taxi drop off is not available at the main entrance, and there are 3 car parks which makes it a little confusing when getting picked up, maybe have a designated area for drop off and collection to avoid missing time slots.

Waffle maker at the breakfast. EV charger in the parking garage (P2 - you have to know - is not signposted).

AC unit is a bit loud to sleep under.

Windows are 6’ from non stop traffic day and night, No where to park at front to check in, you have to find some where walk to hotel then drive a block around to get underground parking.

Shops open and I need taxi didn't have nothing

Very nice hotel, 1 minute from the old town, beautiful view of the river. Rooms are not big, but very practical, windows are soundproofed, shower is powerful and equipped with very nice cosmetics. Breakfast was amazing, including hot dishes. All staff very helpful and kind and there is also a garage (for an extra fee), if you need.

Beds could be wider and there is only one huge duvet. They brought us another huge one, so the bed was a little bit crammed, but better than just one, which I personally don´t like. So if you are like me, better let them know beforehand.
