Hotel Imperiale

Hotel was right across the street from Auschwitz historical site. Despite the grim location, Imperiale was an amazing experience. Very comfortable room, excellent staff, free parking, great/affordable dinner food.

Excellent hotel overall. If you're accustomed to a larger (American) breakfast, I would suggest you skip the breakfast options here.

Next to the Auschwitz memorial camp, modern hotel, good restaurant and great breakfast.

Convenient clean comfortable good food and great value free parking

All good

Good location to visit the museum. They allow you to leave the car even after check out to visit the museum. Lovely breakfast

School classes can be a bit noisy.

Nice hotel, easy parking at the door, just 15 min walking from the museum. The staff was very friendly, our stay was fine! We had breakfast and also dinner, and everything was good!

We could not have dinner in the restaurant, but the staff told us we could use the room service, although it was not too comfortable as we were 2 and had to eat in bed... There could be more english speaking TV channels also!

Very comfortable rooms and great facilities with extremely friendly helpful staff

The food is bad, the waiter is completely unskilled. The receptionist is very helpful. The location does not match the description. It is 200m to the back of the museum. To get to the museum ticket offices, you need to drive a car or walk about 20-30 minutes.

Comfortable, very helpful staff, great breakfast!

Smell of cigarette smoke in the room -

Very top quality hotel, modern spacious great facilities, staff :)

A little out of town, no problem if you like a walk but we did use a taxi a bit :)

The accommodation was beyond expectations! A very clean location and equipped with everything you need, located on a quiet street, right in the city center. The breakfast was very delicious and abundant in dishes. It is smells clean, there is air conditioning, a table, 2 chairs, a bathroom with a shower, towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, etc. The room and the private bathroom are very large, the cleanliness is impeccable, you get everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bathroom has a shower.

The staff was very kind and very efficient. The room was neat, quiet and very clean.Breakfast was delicious and healthy.

Not spending more days at this great hotel.

Hotel location was first class for our visit to Auschwitz. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food and service were excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. As we were leaving very early, we were not able to have breakfast. The Receptionist arranged for the kitchen staff to prepare breakfast packs for us to take with us. These breakfast packs were delicious and provided us with a nourishing meal and refreshments.

There was nothing that we did not like.
