Everything was fine: price, parking in front of building, room, breakfast. Good hotel for good price.

Nothing was wrong except a little smell from toilet in the bathroom.

Nice, clean, comfortable beds. Very polite and friendly staff, we got everything we needed. The helpful receptionist not only provided for hot water for my medicine, but also extended the check-out time, so I could stay warm and cozy while my family went to visit the former concentration camp

Amazing spacious and clean double room. Free water bottle in the room. Extra - swimming pool nearby hotel is free of charge! Big parking. Opposite to Biedronka.

Typical breakfast but not very fancy. Basic ingredients.

I wasn't able to eat the breakfast because I had to enter the Auschwitz concentration camp early at 7:30am. The staff didn't offer the ability to pack the breakfast and take it with me or pick it up at the end of the day. The staff was mostly helpful otherwise.

Various swimming teams had the entire hotel rented out the next night. They staff also didn't let me eat dinner at their restaurant either. They said the restaurant was only for the use of the swimmers that night. Thus, I could neither eat breakfast, nor dinner there the entire day.

Quality of the beds

Very cheap hotel, spacious room, big parking. You will receive a voucher for the city swimming pool which is nearby.

The rooms need cosmetic repairs. Voucher just for pools, not for saunas.

The room was ok.

Unfortunately in the morning at 8.30 am someone started drilling holes in the concrete with the drill for about 10 minutes. Another drawback, although breakfast can be served between 07 and 10 am, at 09.40, everything was tight, without being able to serve anything

My room at the hotel was very spacious and members of the staff were kind and helpful.

Shower was not great and actually had some hair left in it. So cleanliness was not top notch and the beds were not the best. I stayed in another 3 star hotel and a 2 star hotel during my stay in Poland, both of them had much better physical conditions.

Breakfast could be better

Breakfast was very nice - yummy scrambled eggs and nice fruit and vegetables.

The breakfast was fine. We only wish the restaurant had been open for dinner that evening.

Didn’t told us we can order eggs for breakfast, I assume because they are not excited to speak English.

Best value for money. Decent hotel, very close to Auschwitz Birkenau museum. Spacious room.

The carpet in our room was old and stained.

To improve more in the first floor they have to fix the wifi connection specialy room 109

Friendly staff, great parking, only 10mins with car from Auschwitz museum. Very big room with separated area (with sofa and small table) for the rest. Quite good breakfast taking into the account that this is not a big hotel. Clean room and bathroom.

There are no products for hair and body. No coffee from coffee machine.

Great location, 70 minutes free in the waterpark 100m away. Pleasant staff.

It can be just me, but the room had plenty of windows, however you could open just the little one, so it was a problem to ventilate properly. There was a good air-condition, but fresh air is fresh air.

The carpet was not that clean. Better to change it into wooden floor tiled floor.

Price, and quiet. Breakfast was really good.

Pool was next door, bar on site was closed, but I think the price reflected that....
