Breakfast was good although in previous years the staff was better trained and the breakfast was more varied.

Narrow beds. Queen size beds in a double room would meet my criteria. It will be necessary to retrain some of the staff working in the reception, breakfast room and dining room. Room rates with breakfast for private individuals are higher than for business travelers.

We stayed here for second year in the row, coming home from ski trip. Great place to stay, welcoming our dog. Great spacious, clean rooms.

Name standard for the experience. It is a luxury hotel. New very well designed and comfortable. Close to highway and nearby airport in Pyrzowice.

Some rooms face quite busy street with traffic but windows are well noise insulated.

Great place with friendly staff. Very good breakfast. If you travel by electric car, they have two charging stations at very good price.

The restaurant food is excellent and gardens beautiful

Outdated rooms, evening restaurant too expensive and poor quality, spa super small - wouldn’t even call it a spa. Overall, too expensive for what you get. In reality it’s just a 3 star hotel.

Breakfast was a good choice, fresh scrambled eggs!

Trade fair going on for the first two days in the hotel. No dining room, room service only. Breakfast also in rooms. We went into the local town to eat and found some lovely restaurants in the square.

Tasty breakfast with good variety of food. Decent gym for people who lift.

AC didnt work and no reasonable compensation was offered. I cant take bottle of wine to the airport…

Restaurant F and B was very nice and lovely gardens

Service at the front desk from Natalia was nothing short of excellent. Her professionalism and dedication made our stay all the more enjoyable. The hotel garden is an absolute gem and a wonderful place to enjoy and stroll and perhaps and drink or two. The gardener should be congratulated.The hotel room and hotel and a whole is well appointed throughout and presents a level of luxury I am pleasantly surprised with particularly having enjoyed other excellent hotels throughout Europe. This hotel certainly stands out as one of the best.

The staff in the restaurant need a little more training on how serve their customers and they would definitely benefit from additional training in terms of improving their tone and attitude. Perhaps it’s a cultural thing but there is much room for improvement in this area.

Food was amazing, great view from the window to the beautiful garden.

Only a single wall socket next to bed which is used for the night lamp. No spare socket for phone charging.

An oase in a busy area. Conveniently located in reasonable proximity of the airport (15 minutes). Historically decorated rooms, Luxury style and experience. Friendly staff and clean, convenient rooms. Great breakfast, with lots of options.

Bar/restaurant closes at 10 PM, which is way too early for business travellers that appreciate a drink after having dinner elsewhere, or travellers that arrive on a late evening flight.

The room was nice and clean. The staff exceptional and helped even with the weirdest requests. Breakfast was fantastic 10/10 recommend.

We chose this location specifically because of the EV chargers. There were only 2 and both had cars attached that already were full. We arrived with fairly empty battery and we couldn’t charge on the premises. So we warned, you may not get to charge

Everything was perfect: staff, location, room, breakfast, parking.

Carpet in the corridor doesn't look fresh and there is not good smell.

Very nice hotel, not far from airport. We stayed with kids, so the territory near hotel and outdoor zone for kids were a great option. Definitely recommend!

The best part about this hotel that it is very spacious and easy to find from the motorway. Also, great staff and breakfast.

Espresso for additional price (2 x double espresso = €9) and pillows were very thin. We found offering in the room proposing better pillows for additional price.

Very decent hotel in this area. Second time we choose the hotel because of the SPA availability and the nice breakfast.
