Bellevue Hotel Benešov

Great location, descend breakfast , very friendly staff, nice old buildings.

Not so suitable for people with mobility problems: no ramp at entrance, just high stears; only bath, no shower; breakfast outside in adjucent building, but way is not flat. Parking is not always available.

Very nice staff, they try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Cozy beds, firm, but very comfortable.

Nothing else besides coffee capsules provided (no sugar, cream, tea…).Refrigerator was not cooling.

I liked the hotel. Tasty breakfast, comfortable bed, and beautiful views from the window.

We weren’t warned that the hotel gets locked at night and that you can enter by using your key card. We rang the doorbell several times, but nobody opened. We had to call by phone, and they explained to us how we could open the door.

we like the design of the hotel in general, very good breakfast and its place, kind and helpful staff, late checkout at 12 noon

even thought we made booking in CZK we were forced to pay the total CZK amount as conversion from EUR, including parking and minibar (was more expensive for us due to exch. rate)

Bad leaking in the toilet. Hotel reception didn’t show they were sorry about the complaints and leak. In the toilet, shower nozzle is out of control and water is out of the bath tub. It is very slippery in the tub.

The facility and maintenance is yet to be improved.

Wrong amount charged for my stay

Wrong amount charged for my stay, not sure if it Booking or Hotel issue but very poor customer care both sides.Being Genius and travelling with Booking in the last 10 yrs I would have expected different approach.

Good location, decent Breakfast

Lack of A/C and a noisy fan in the room, makes it difficult for hot day/night. Bath shower is not comfortable.

We had a charming corner room with 3 windows, no air conditioning but a fan. It was extremely comfortable even when hot out. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was underground parking for our bikes. We had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant,breakfast was also very good. Highly recommend.

The room was not big but it was overlooking the small garden, to which it was possible to get directly from the room. The personal at the reception was helpful. We also liked the breakfast.

The room lacked a big mirror (only the one in the bathroom). Before our arrival, we got several messages from the hotel explaining how to get to it by car (which was nice) but the price mentioned in the messages differed from the one we were told at the reception. I think the room was overpriced. The hotel has its own exchange rates, which may differ from the central bank rates, so do not be surprised to pay a bit more in local currency.

The building is really nice

I booked the hotel and asked about the restaurant. Two days before arrival they sent a mail again with the possibility to go to the restaurant. When I arrived the restaurant was closed. No apologies and no other recommendations from the staff. I was really pissed. The rooms are too small.Breakfast has the same standard as a IBIS.

An exceptionally helpful staff. Upon arrival, Barbara went out of her way to help us, like we have not seen in any other hotel in Czechia. We are looking forward to staying on this hotel again.

Old building nicely refurbished to modern high standard. The restaurant was very cozy.

The location is amazing. The rooms are comfortable and I was impressed to see that the hotel doesn't save in providing excellent quality lotions.I would never expect to think that it would impress me, but it did. All the lotions provided by the hotel (shower gel, shampoo, etc.) are from L'Occitan. A very expensive and good quality brand.

For those that look for an evening experience, there are no options after 10 p.m.There is no airco in the room. But I don't think that is a big issue.

I called the hotel the day before to tell them we would be checking in at 11 pm. They said there is no reception at night and will leave an envelope. The Taxi dropped us off at the address and the door was locked. No eno envelope. After tee walking around to the back of the hotel in freezing weather we found an open door and our envelope . There were instructions to take the elevator to the 3rd floor and then walk up the steep narrow stairs to the 4th floor. My girlfriend and I had to drag our huge suitcases up this narrow stairway at 12 midnight with a bad bac k The room was clean and comfortable. The next day the receptionist was not very nice or helpful. We decided to cut our visit short and change hotels

A cozy hotel in a small town near Prague! If you have a car, it is much more profitable to rent a hotel room in a town near Prague. Everything was comfortable and clean! Pleasant staff and beautiful territory
