Very friendly, very good food and lively and clean. Well done!

Easy to access when travelling by car and in transit. Quick check-in and checking out. Breakfast was okay and pretty good. Parking was at the side of the building and free.

Access to the room was from outside and old. Structure from 20 years ago and not renovated ever since and thus needs to be updated. Normal accessories like phone, extra towels are missing.

The room was very clean and gave me the impression that it's still newly built or renovated. The bedroom was also overall clean and with a comfortable bed. There were also enough plugs to charge eletronic devices.

There should be a separation between wet and dry in the bathroom, otherweise the bathroom was great.

The room was clean, breakfasts were delicious and the staff were super nice, very friendly and accommodating.

Hi. The only thing that stopped me from giving an excellent valuing point was the noise of washing delivery at five a.m behind my door. It woke us very early morning whereas be both were really tired after travelling a long way.

The bathroom shelf needs to be repaired above the basin. Otherwise room was very comfortable

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, not far from the train station, 30 minutes drive from Strasbourg. Hotel is more suitable for tourists who travel by car. Responsive and attentive staff.

The shower in the room was broken and we could not use it but it was quickly repaired. Very small room, chair was only one for two

We did not have the Breakfast from there. However there was very good parking space available directly in front which was very much appreciated. There is also a good bakery 3 min drive from here but 20 min walk. This city also is only 20-30 min away from Strasbourg so it was a good place to stay when you are primarily visiting Strasbourg. They also have some facilities like they provided Hairdryer when I asked for it and even gave us plates and cutlery to have our dinner which we bought from outside.

The room does not have much ambience as such. But if you are only coming to the room for rest and shower then it is a good place to stay.

Warm staff, comfortable rooms, daily cleaning was great, breakfast was awesome

Wish there was a gym, but ofcourse that is not a major issue . The walk in forest nearby is a good workout :)

Air-conditioning in the room was excellent, the room was clean and basic.

Location is not great, but it is fine if you just want somewhere to sleep. A few extra things would make it more comfortable, for example a kettle with tea and coffee and a fridge because there are no options for food or coffee in the area. The check in team could also be a little more helpful. For the price, it was ok.

Ok for short night

Very outdated interior, beds, bathroom. Therefore it all looked a bit dirty and dusty.

Friendly lady and husband met us on arrival, very helpful during stay (Tumble dryer :-) ), excellent breakfast, free parking.

Rooms fine but a little tired, out from the centre so 45 minute walk to bars/ restaurants.

Had a problem with room and on site facilities, could not express feelings or get a resolve as receptionist was not able to communicate due to language barrier. Hotel write up stated languages were English, French and German. Lodged complaint and still haven't had a response after 10 days

If you don’t have car you have to walk 45 minutes into. Town to get food location for leaving town was fine

Everything it’s was very basic need to add tea and coffee making facilities as it’s so far out

Basic room for low price

The heatpump next door sounded like an airplane taking off. But after notifying the reception they offered another room. Cannot imagine this was the first time someone complained

It was close to the motorway with good parking and room to run our dog. The staff were very friendly and helpful

It was only a pit stop on our way to Italy, perfect location off the motorway. Served its purpose perfectly. Very nice staff very friendly. Excellent continental breakfast.

No restaurants in walking distance but plenty of choice in town.
