ibis Haguenau Strasbourg Nord

The hotel for us was on the perfect spot to then move along the next day.The employee Oceane gave us great advise on how to move around, big congrats, great employee!

Location was good for the motorway as an overnight stop. Surprising quiet although near a busy main road. Breakfast was okay for the price paid.

a friendly and helpful welcome. great value stay with great facilities, comfortable rooms and all perfectly clean.

I had a correct stay for this price

The wifi didn't work properly. It kept getting interrupted (every 5 minutes) and I had to log in again and again.

The hotel was what I'd come to expect from Ibis hotels and was absolutely fine for my needs as I only stayed one night. No frills but great value.

To be honest the room was super hot and there was no fan so this would have been better had there been air conditioning or at least a fan in my opinion.

- Easy to access by car.- Plenty of restaurants nearby.- Some ok gyms nearby.- Bed and pillows were fairly comfortable.- Clean.- Room size ok with some space to unpack.- Nice and helpful personnel.

- No air ventilation in room if window closed.- No air ventilation in bathroom if door closed... Will stay wet forever or just moisten up rest of the room...- No A/C. Really terrible during summer.- Noise from the nearby road is not nice at evenings as the window has to be kept open.- Rather poor breakfast. Had much better ones in other Ibis hotels. - Not that good noise insulation from other rooms.- Room is very dark. Needs some more lights!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent - good quality and variety of foodThere was plenty of parkingDespite being by a road, the room was quiet

The room was really small. Both the room and the public areas would benefit from updating, a fresh coat of paint etc

Nice room and nice bathroom & free parking.

Pity there is no kettle in the room.Paid € 179/night. The room is nice, but it's not worth such a price

Good location, clean room, friendly staff

Breakfast was delicious, however options were limited

Decent Breakfast, ambience outside hotel

Soap was not filled in the dispenserBed was not comfortable to sleep No lifts in the propertyDifficult to find when there are 2 ibis property close by..

The room and the breakfast

The wifi, simply not working

Disappointing

The smell in the entrance and at the reception. No hot tea available in the room, pillows too big

Breakfast was nice and everything was fresh. The hotel was clean and the beds were nice.

It missed a little atmosphere.

Had a very late arrival (2 in the morning).Staff was expecting me. Helpfull, polite. For the rest, it is an IBIS.And Covid time. We where happy to have them.

Room was not so warm, maybe because I couldn t manage to male the additionnal heater work and I didn t want to disturb the staff so early in the morning. But it was supportable. And it was 4 under zero outside.

Parking and 24 hour check-in perfect for our needs.

Super helpful staff as we had broken down

super clean and proper. Good and friendly personnel.

Great value for money, at a great location close to Strasbourg.
