Decent hotel at the historical center of a small town. Walking distance to everything. The lobby and underground garage entrance not from the street shown as the hotel address, but from the cross-street - Lauergasse. Included buffet breakfast was OK.

The shower stall was of a tiny variety.

Easy walking distance to train station, shopping, bakery, restaurants, post office, the river and Marktplatz, and an excellent Turkish pizza and doner shop. Great breakfast in a pleasant dining room. Separate bar area with large TV (sound is kept at low volume). Outdoor, covered sitting area.Very quiet location set back from nearest street. Beautiful pedestrian street at the corner leads to the river and Marktplatz.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Excellent location a few minutes walk to Christmas market, local train station, restaurants and shopping.

Breakfast was very good and staff were good. The rooms, generally, were well laid out and efficient with the space.

The shower floor was extremely slippery and other members of our family said the same thing. Also, I wasn't expecting the television to be timed out and tried to fix it for at least a half an hour. I could get sound but not the picture and thought it was broken. Had I known in advance the television was timed to go out/off, I would not have waisted time trying to fix the problem or restart the television to work.

The breakfast-buffet was a bit short supplied for the number of people who wanted to have breakfast at the same time on Sunday morning. The i-pad in the room is a big temptation for children :-)

I really think you should provide at least some other kind of pillow for the bedroom. Just one o f that kind is really uncomfortable in my opinion.

Loved the breakfast included in price: a lot of variety, fresh & prepared on premises.Appreciated not being charged a supplement for our dog.Appreciated having a parking option on premises for a reasonable fee.

The location of the hotel was lovely. In normal temperatures the apartment we booked would be a great place to stay but not the case during our stay.

The apartment we booked initially was wonderful but located in the eaves of the roof. There was no air conditioning, just a fan. The Velux windows would not stay open. The apartment was so hot it was impossible to stay in so had to downgrade our room.We were under the impression the hotel could help us with bike hire but this was not the caseBeing charged for the car park under the hotel

The breakfast was wonderful there were lots of choices and the breakfast room was spotless. The hotel location is in old town with all services near, restaurants, shops, etc.

The bathtub is very deep, my husband and I are elderly so we need a walk in shower. My husband was unable to get in the tub for a shower safely.

Just around the corner from O’Neils Irish Pub and the pizzeria in the courtyard had the best calzones and friendly staff. Right in the heart of the old town it was walking distance to the grocery store. Very comfortable and the breakfast was a bonus!
