The location is amazing, close to everything I needed. The room was great, comfortable and quiet. The most important was the staff, they are AMAZING!!!!!!

Well bare in mind, we are most assuredly "spoiled Americans"!! Would have been nice to have furniture in which to place our clothing. Since the A/C was really not on until a couple of days prior to our departure, a fan would have been nice. Inconvienence without a fridge or microwave, but we did fine without it.

Clean and spacious rooms, excellent common areas. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Location is optimal for getting in and out the highway but also very closed to city center

A coffee machine in the room would add comfort. Gym could be improved, very small and with very limited equipment

There was a policy that you couldn't bring food or beverages from outside, not even to consume it in your room, because "they had a restaurant inside". My husband got scolded for having ordered take away one dayWe saw the signs in the elevators but we all assumed it meant no eating or drinking in the elevator like in the metro (the signs were the same)Once the bar was closed you had to leave and go back to the room. You couldn't hang out downstairs in the lobby even if there were no rooms at that levelThe staff working at the bar was mostly not very courteous, and even if there were 3 people behind the bar they didn't look very organized to serve 20/25 people

Wow, the breakfast was just amazing. One of the best included hotel breakfast buffets I've had.

The room with 2 twin beds - very close barely room to get into a bed

The location was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. All the amenities were there. The family room is perfect for a couple with a teenager.

The carpeted floors, no fridge and no safe deposit in the room. For a 1 night stay this was not an issue. For a longer stay these are a must have.

We got stuck in the lift with two children at about 8.30 on 21st of July - just after breakfast. The emergency button didn't work. We screamed for help and banged on the doors for 10 minutes in the darkness not knowing what was going on. The children were scared and we were about to start panicking. No one came. The staff members were at the front desk. I cannot believe they didn't know the lifts were out of order and didn't hear us screaming. I understand it is not their fault, and they couldn't do anything with the lifts. But they could have used the stairs and talked to the stuck guests that everything is okay and help is on the way. Management should talk about it with the staff.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Safe parking underneath hotel (€15 extra though) which is great if you have a car full of holiday stuff.Breakfast was good and lots of choices

A great stopover location for us. Interconnecting rooms, on a floor which seemed to be all families so was very quiet. Modern, clean hotel, good breakfast. Supermarket directly opposite. Easy walk into the cute town centre for dinner

the breakfast offers all you need and staff is super friendly in accommodating any special wish you have. it's a great hotel en route from north to south and we'll be happy to be back next time.
