Quick check in and check out. Decent breakfast. Short walk to the town center.

The hotel looked somewhat abandoned and ghosted.

Excellent staff was always super friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning in room did not cool off anything and we unfortunately stayed during a heat wave.

Convenient location, clean and spacious rooms and rich breakfast.

Great people! The receptionist as well as everyone in the service is extremely helpful. This is an honest, down to earth place to stay. All basics are perfect.

If they had a coffee maschine in the room and a gym, it'd be even more perfect! But, the hotel has very clean rooms, comfy beds, great breakfast and great staff! So, no reason to complain.

The Erikson Hotel is conveniently located near the local train station and is within easy walking distance of local shopping. Breakfast provided had a nice variety of items and was very good! Surface (free) and underground (fee) parking available on-site.

Lighting in the room was sufficient, however control of the lighting was a little confusing. Probably no issue for a European traveler; something different for an American traveler.

Honestly the hotel was quite simple!

The stuff at reception did not advise us about cheaper parking across the street! Perhaps just to charge 15 euros per day. In my opinion, the breakfast was poor and too crowded, hence you have to stay 10-15 min until some table became free.

The location is perfect, being right next to the train station. The beds were comfortable and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Very clean and nicely decorated.

The Wi-Fi wasn't working for several hours upon our arrival. It did begin working that night and was fine during the rest of our stay. This is not a normal occurrence. During our last night, at 3:00 a.m., there was a leak in the AC system that released a foul chemical odor. It woke me from a deep sleep. Management came right up and agreed something was wrong, and we had to open our windows and turn off the AC system. It was over 2 hours until the room ventilated enough for us to breathe comfortably without covering our nose and mouth. I was sick for the next day and had little sleep. Management failed. They should have removed us from that room immediately. I have since learned that it was very dangerous for us to breathe in those fumes. I would never stay in a room under these conditions again.

The Erikson Hotel is situated near a main road but traffic noise was minimal even with the windows open, so no real problem. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful, as the restaurant was closed that evening due to staff sickness but they recommended some local restaurants within walking distance for us, which were really very good. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable offering everything that we needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent value for money and set us up nicely for the day. An added bonus was the safe and secure underground free parking below the hotel. All in all a lovely stay thank you

Good clean comfortable room with a lovely breakfast.Just opposite railway station.

The staff were friendly, and helped us when needed, the beds were very comfortable, and bathroom was beautiful. The breakfast was nice but if you arrive anytime after 7am you probably won’t receive much hot food. We were able to use their free car park 7/10 days which was great.

We did request a bath as we have a baby, but upon arrival we were given a shower room, when asked if they had a room with a bath they said they didn’t have any baths at all in the hotel which had we known originally we probably wouldn’t have booked there (as on here it says they have bath or shower). They had A/C but the one in our room didn’t work very well so we were all slightly uncomfortable some nights. Room was a bit outdated.

Great stay - extensive breakfast included with price and ample secure parking! Quick check in and safe parking at a reasonable cost. The room was HUGE - plenty of space for the 3 of us. Very clean and quiet. Hotel well situated for walk into town. We were very happy.

I did not realize you need to transfer s-bahn trains to travel into Stuttgart. It was not that big of a deal - but we were coming home late at night from Oktoberfest, missed our connection and had to take a taxi the rest of the way. If you are driving it is not a problem.

We had a great time in this hotel. That's why we are coming back in the end of May. The location, breakfast, room, everything was perfect, super clean. I highly recommend it!

The shower curtain was not that efficient and the water went out a little. We would like to have more halal options for food in the breakfast, but it was great anyway.
