Receptionist couldn¿t find the booking first then found it then confused but then finally sorted. Although room bathroom was on half way of maintenance as few tiles off, toilet was dry and quite smelly & dirty, sink plug was taken off & kept aside etc.

It had vacancies and was somewhat close to where I needed to be.

The hotel smelled awful, the bathrooms were dirty and not well maintained. The cost was extremely high for the value. The linens were dirty and pillows had no support whatsoever. I would never, ever, stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

The staff was rude and unprofessional. They denied check-in in the middle of the night even though I had a confirmed booking. Do not recommend this place at all.

Good clean spacious rooms. Even though my room was very close to the reception area, I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff are extremely helpful and very sweet! They are even ok if you like to work from the cafeteria area. The breakfast is lovely and you have the option of purchasing hot and cold beverages throughout the day. All in all a really lovely stay.

No Complaints at all. Will try and book this hotel next time as well.

It is cheaper accommodation. clean rooms and friendly staff.

I was there for festival so I used to come back late in the night. warm water in shower was not warm enough in the night. During day it was warm enough.

Great Value: We returned to this hotel due to the attractive deal we found.Convenient Location: The hotel is well-situated, right next to Böblingen Hulb station, making travel very convenient.Cleanliness: Rooms were reasonably clean, meeting basic expectations for tidiness

Room Amenities: One of the bedside lamps wasn’t working, and the TV was also out of order. The TV is quite outdated, though we didn’t plan to use it much.Temperature Control: During summer, the rooms can get uncomfortably warm as there is no air conditioning.

The garage gate broke at our check out and the manager shut his phone off. there was no way of contacting someone to come to the property to fix the issue so that we could leave to catch our ferry to the UK. They still charged the parking fee of 10 euros which was a joke. I hope they take that money and fix their dilapidated gate. Also, the site was listed as English-Speaking staff however the night staff did not even try to help us even using Google translate for an extra towel. He was rude and kept talking to someone that he was on the phone with. I do not plan on returning to this property.

Good location!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was very disappointed. The room was far from clean. For the high price they charge, you would expect much better. To make things worse, there was no fridge in the room, which is inconvenient for anyone staying more than a night and the the breakfast was also quite underwhelming, with limited options and nothing particularly fresh or tasty . The furniture was old giving the room an overall outdated and neglected feel. While the location is good, that's about the only positive thing I can say. Definitely not worth the money!

The breakfast was great. The fruit salad was my favorite. The bread was fresh and still warm from the oven. Also, the area was very quiet which made for a good night's sleep.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. I understand that the hotels in the area don't tend to have A/C, but a fan would make the room so much more comfortable during the summer.

Location is very good, near the motorway.

The air conditioning wasn’t working. However the worst thing was the attitude of the receptionist. When we checked with him about the A/C he said it’s not working, he also said that we shouldn’t complain given the amount we’ve paid for our rooms. This was really strange to us as we paid what we found on booking.com and A/C facility was mentioned in the advertisement.

A lot of things were broken or not there…. The curtain was not in our room, the slide doors of the bathroom were broken, one of the Wall outlet did not work and so on…

Bad wifi service, had to use my own data. No basic toiletries like toothpaste. The windows were in bad shape. Room felt cramped especially on the top floor with attic slanted roof. A basic cheap fan provided as the only source of cooling.

The facility is ok, the free parking is very very limited spot, mostly you will be need to pay for that.

The staff was super horrible. It seems like you own them a million$. They got room, but they will tell you they dont have room. You are not allowed to book the room on the booking 5 min before you show up on their front desk. It seem like they got they own way to do the thing, but at least people desire a little bit of repect. This is probably the ruest people I have seem and the worst customer service..It was such a horible expensive. If you really dont have the room available, make sure you show that in the booking. If not, people have the right to book it and expected to be serve. Also a little bit of smile in the face doesn't cost anything. Terrible. Make sure you avoid this cutomer. Also the room just next to the street. It was quiet at all whole time.

It is close to the place that I visit on business 3 or 4 times a year. The room was comfortable and clean.

The organization of the hotel and staff seems to lack harmony. Also, check in was not fast by far. The man that was there to check in guests, didn’t seem to know anything,not even what a WiFi password is and where to find it. All else is very likeable.
