Staff, room cleanliness, price, quiet.

The underground parking was fine, except it was not coded, so anyone had ready access to the garage. That caused no problems however.

Nothing!

I registered for a non-smoking room and when I checked in the only room available was smoking and it smells horrible. I had to remove the shower head to get water to flow during my shower. There is more but I'm out of room.

New, clean friendly & easy to find

I think they are trying their best - in my opinion it's just not enough.

The hotel is still in the middle of renovation works, but the renovation seems limited to the furniture and some splashes of color to the wall. The old infrastructure remains - which is not good.The breakfast is just not acceptable - old dried out scrambled eggs aligned with dried out cucumbers and melted butter. If you have allergies or intolerances you shouldn't go there - none of the food is labeled - and there where no alternatives for dairy milk or other products.I read an interview with a Hilton executive recently, stating that they are positioning their label "Spark" to compete with Motel One. In my opinion they are miles away from achieving that.

The gentleman that was at the front desk when I got there (after 11.00 pm), of Turkish origins, was extremely nice, helpful, hospitable and talkative.

The furnishing in the room and the bathroom were visibly extremely old (maybe 30-40 years old).The rug in the room was dirty and stained.The room itself had a smell of old. Luckily it was very warm and I had to keep the window open all the time and so it got aired.I was lucky I paid for my stay when I made the reservation.When I left the hotel, at around 3 am (as my flight was at 6 am from Stuttgart), I could barely manage to get out. The gentleman that was present at the front desk spoke only German, no English, no Italian, no French. It was also his first day on the job. Luckily, his girlfriend was there and she spoke a bit of English so we could finally communicate a little bit.Also I couldn't get my invoice when I left the hotel as there were issues with the invoicing system. I had to wait 3 weeks in order to get my invoice and I had to pester the hotel staff for it.

Staff is genuine friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very tasty. Eggs can be ordered should the standard BF not be sufficient. Rooms are very spacious and quiet. Curtains blocking sufficiently sunlight in the morning.

I stayed during a very busy fair or exposition and also during EC football. Prices went through the roof - which I completely don't understand and usually remember well when booking a hotel when it's not busy in town. Hotel exterior and rooms are rather dull. The architecture and interior is not radiating lots of excitement and happiness.

Another hotel slightly cheaper had much more options for breakfast

The wlan sucked, something other hotels offer free of charge and fast as well

Even the price was hight there din not have toothbrush and toothpaste in bathroom, minibar was empty, also there didn’t have morning caffe or tea in room.

Couldn’t find any English news speaking TV channel. A kettle in the bedroom would have been nice.

Close to my final destination . Staff was extremely nice and helpful . Good variation of foods for breakfast . Easy parking possibilities.

A bit faster wifi , more beverages to the minibar.

Hotel is clean but the rooms need to be refurbished. It all feels pretty old-fashioned. Bed was really hard

No restaurant on premises. Low quality of amenities.

The friendliness of the Reception staff, especially Abbas, who was ever so helpful answering all our queries before our arrival from abroad.

Good breakfast, big room, ok for short stay.

our room is on the main street side, quite lots traffic sound come in in the night even with closed window.

They were renovating and the bar was closed all five nights we were there over a period of 18 days. Seventeen euros for breakfast was too much.
