A clean and comfortable hotel with an excellent price–quality ratio.The breakfast is varied and very tasty ☕?The sauna is great for complete relaxation ?The swimming pool is also suitable for children ??‍♂️A great choice for both family vacations and business trips.? The only downside is that the hotel is located a bit far from the city center.Чистый и комфортный отель с отличным соотношением цены и качества.Завтрак разнообразный и очень вкусный ☕?Сауна отличная — для полноценного отдыха ?Бассейн также подходит для детей ??‍♂️Отличный выбор как для семейного отдыха, так и для деловых поездок.? Swimming Pool

I have to pay 15 euros at the hotel for one day of parking, and this was not mentioned on Booking.

Hotel reception desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They always would try to satisfy requests within reason, and quickly. The breakfast staff was a little less friendly but not offensive at all. The simple pool was fine, and the sauna was appreciated. Our room was on the second floor (1.OG in the German system), very comfortable and sufficiently spacious for a family of four people.Breakfast had a nice variety of options, and food was good.There is a very large shopping mall, Braunauer Land, within walking distance.

Unfortunately, the entire Sindelfingen east area (near the hotel) is under construction until at least 2027, and as of this writing, half of the street to the hotel was dug up and unusable; this created a travel time loss in several cases for us. Though, this is not the hotel's fault, per se.I did *not* like that the smoking area is setup right outside of the exit, which subjected my children to the harms of tobacco smoke on most occasions when they went in or out of the hotel. A smoking area should be positioned out of the way of non-smokers. Getting in and out of the hotel is not an optional behavior, but smoking is optional, and thus travelers should not be subject to the side effects of smokers.

Comfortable beds and friendly staff - only stayed one night.

Pool was great - would be better if it was heated :)

The road to hotel is always under construction

Everything was as expected. Nothing very fancy, but also nothing to complain about. We didn't have too much interaction with the staff, only at the beginning and at the end. There was always room for us at the swimming pool. Breakfast was nice.

The access wasn't the easiest because of many road constructions, but I guess that's only temporary.

Naked female and male spa not suitable for all children. Charging for parking in a very unstable lot. Unpleasant restrurante experience and inaccurate quote for 2 night stay by staff. Room was very broken no fridge and needs to be improved greatly for a 4 star.

Nice comfortable room with everything we need. We keep coming back to this hotel, the swimming pool and the sauna are always clean and well kept. Our children love this hotel too.

Old, needs refurbishing, poor breakfast

Smell in the room, lady checked and said it was the room freshener. Staff at the breakfast table doesn’t bother to get me a spoon to my table but places in the basket and asks me to take it.

The hotel is at good location for the stopover while traveling to Austria and Italia. The swimming pool is small but good enough for kids

There was a weird machine noice in my room.The parking cost EUR15 for a day

Cleanliness done only in visible spots but missed essential apots where dirt accumulates (under bed we found a hairball and thick dust)

I found the bed very comfortable and it was great having a desk and desk chair in the room. You can turn off the heating/Air con if needed. There is a Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge and safe in the room. Breakfast had a good choice of food, including fruit, cheese, pastries hot buffet and a good selection of bread.

Not sure why I was given a disabled room on the ground floor, but I didn’t have a nice shower like my colleagues, instead I had a seat and rails so I had to use the one in the bath. It also meant I didn’t have a sofa, due to the layout to allow for a wheelchair - which I don’t have or need.

There's no free parking, and the location is a bit remote.

I really don't like why pet friendly hotels only inform you about extra pet charges after you book with them. This charge was on the wall behind reception, so I see no reason why it is not available beforehand in booking.com.
