The worst ever

The experience is extremely bad. I had confirmed my booking many times through the massage in booking.com and also got the confirmation about my request of putting 2 rooms at the same floor. I even reconfirm again 2 days before I arrived. Everytjng seemed to be fine. The night that I arrived at the hotel, he staff said the hotel was fully booked. I NEED TO TAKE A TAXI to another hotel. They transfered me to another hotel and that time is almost midnigt. I didn’t understand why this happened. The hotel knew about this in advance but didnt tell me. The hotel also said they would ask the manager to talk to me the next day, but no one showed up. The hotel has a terrible management system.

Very high cost for a room without proper wardrobe for suits and shelves for clothing.Empty fridge!

The breakfast was amazing. The executive lounge was nice. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The sauna, gym and pool maxe the stay above average. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms- dark and a little outdated

Property from the outside doesn't look that attractive, but inside it is up to standard of a Marriott.

It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the lobby where our group could gather and visit without taking over the area since it is so big.

The bathroom in the room was a bit small. Not very centrally located to anything.

Everything was excellent from the time we arrived. The hotel staff seem to care that we shared it was our 18th year anniversary and they went out of their way to make us feel special. The Steakhouse was fantastic, including service, perfect steak and overall attention. We had wonderful drinks at the bar, great bar tender. Our room was spacious and the executive lounge was a nice treat. The breakfast buffet was very nice as well. Everything was easy and smooth.

The only struggle is us not having enough cool AC

We ended up booking last minute as we were not happy with the place we booked. The staff were extremely accommodating, wiithout even having to asked they organised us to have interconnecting rooms as we had young kids on the booking. When we had a medical issue, they were extremely helpful and caring.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and modern and the restaurants were great! Overall a great stay!

I recently visited a facility that had very friendly staff. The breakfast was decent and had plenty of options.While the staff were warm and welcoming, the amenities available were not up to par. The facility lacked in areas like the gym/pool. While the website says the pool is heated, I do believe it is not. The cleanliness of the facility was also an issue, with several areas appearing unkempt.Despite these drawbacks, the staff were accommodating and did their best to ensure that my needs were met. They were readily available to answer any questions I had and were always willing to assist me in any way possible.

I was disappointed with the overall lack of facilities available. Overall, while the staff were excellent, the lack of facilities was a significant letdown. I hope that the management takes note of these issues and works to improve the amenities available to guests in the future.

The location was perfect. The staff was amazing from the beginning to the end. They ensured COVID restrictions were followed by showing vaccination status which made me feel comfortable. The staff seemed excited to have us staying at the hotel. All the staff members were amazing.

Location/comfort /cleanliness and exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful staff (Fr. Teufel) took the time to help me get online and with becoming a "Bonvoy "member. I'll be back.

Super clean, super friendly staff.

The AC cut off in the middle of the night because it was cold outside, but was it was warm inside after a hot day. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating, not air flow at all.That’s the only complaint. Not the staff’s fault.

Covienent to the multiple worksites I needed to visit. Very clean and well maintained, with very friendly staff ready and willing to help. The Steakhouse Restaurant is a must visit!

We always enjoy our visit at this Marriott in Stuttgart. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating!!! Great food!! Comfy bed and very nice rooms!!
