Hotel Business Bay das ehemalige Staycation Hotel

The staff was good.

The rooms were smelling bad. They didn’t have warm water.

The staff were extremely helpful. I had trouble with receiving a package and they called the shipper and spoke with them in German in order to help me get the package. They are very helpful and friendly. I have stayed here before and will stay again.

The bed was as comfortable as can be! Shower had hot water and great pressure and staff was friendly! Unfortunately this hotel's guests don't treat the rooms very well and the hotel suffers bad reviews because of it but this has been one of my favorite stays when I'm in the area! Wifi is fast, rooms are quiet but I can see how they may be loud during the summer due to it being street adjacent, over I always enjoy my stay! Close to a few grocery stores (lidl and Kaufland) and within walking distance of many other stores as well!

Rooms and hallways can smell of cigarette smoke and being an American that is something foreign to me. Rooms are a little on the small side but for 1 person the space is enough. There are privacy curtains but I do wish there were also sheer curtains for during the day to allow sunlight but also some privacy.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and in a great location. Everything was comfortable and I’d definitely come back again.

Location was quiet.

The absolutely worst mattress I have ever slept on it was like a 200 kilo person had lied in the bed and made a massive indentation to which when you slept you actually rolled into this indentation the mattress needs to be replaced it was horrible which is why I gave it such a low score.

The staff kindly provided a crib for the little one, for free. Much appreciated.The room is quiet and comfortable. Great value for a tight budget.Close by there is a supermarket Kaufland.

Excellent for 1-2 Night stay for Business Travellers. Very clean room.

If you don't have car, the nearby Metro/S Bahn Station is little bit far away. But there are some Bus stops near by.

Disappointing

no breakfast served.no kettle in the room.Smells of smoke and cooked food in the hotel and in the room. Unfriendly house keeping. the floor / the carpet in the room wasn't vacuum cleaned properly. Bathroom is a joke. If you want to get to the toilet you have to squeeze yourself between the sink and the shower or turn sideways to get through. I am neither tall nor big.

Elevator was broken. Room was small. Heater didn't work. To their credit they changed the room but then I didn't have a fridge or an extra blanket (which I asked for and they diligently delivered). Blankets are smaller than the bed, which is the first time I see. I felt extremely cold the whole time even though they did their best to fix the heater issue.I feel bad to write a bad comment because the staff was really fantastic.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was very easy too

Have to be quick for on-site parking. But not problem as many parking by is close by

The room had a nice view, it was very clean and modern I found everything I need it. It was very calm and the service people was nice

Hardly had any sleep.Many youngsters going out, staying in de walking path near your room door, many noise, slamming doors,This took till 4 in the morning and it was also hot in my room. Also spoiled drink or ice scream on the stairs and next morning it was still there

The room and bathroom were clean. The shower was clean and modern. The air conditioning and comfortable bed made for good sleeping conditions.

The lobby area and the entrance did not make it very welcoming. The parking situation wasn’t very well explained.

Perfect stay. We got contacted by the owner before our arrival. He picked us up directly from our flight, no waiting time. The car was large enough to carry our large luggage. When he realized my kids love sports cars he took us to a place where all these cars were parked before he drove us to the appartment. All our luggage was carried for us. The appartment was modern, very clean and comfortable. It is perfectly located to reach many restaurants and shops. I requested a pickup at 5am the next day and the driver was there 5mins early.

Comfortable beds.

Lack of maintenance (the only lift wasn’t working, the tap in the bathroom was very loose) lack of cleaning (dirty marks in the wall, previous guest’s nail clippings on the carpet), no hot water until the final morning, no breakfast.
