No mini fridge as it was hot days

Breakfast was excelent!! Rooms were big and comfortable!!

I have stayed here twice. I will be here a third time in a few weeks.The rooms are comfortable. Shower is great! Breakfast is great. Lots of choices.

Parking is tricking. The parking garage gets crowded. There is an outside lot, it’s a block away.

I didnt like the parking is not for free.

all was perfect and we only had one night and pressed for time so took Taxi back to train and to the Mercedes Factory tour

there is a Holiday Inn express right close by so be sure to go to the right hotel..

Great location, easy parking on site

Rooms are small but as a stopover, it’s perfect.

That I've booked a room with 2 queen beds, at the ent it was two single beds. Staf explained that facility wven does not have a room with double queenn eventhough, that is advertised.

Hotel is quite new, very clean, quiet and with decent breakfast.

The staff, all of them, were fantastic!!! Friendly, helpful, polite. I felt like I had non-intrusive friends there at the end of the day. They were really fantastic! The outdoor space for relaxing was also so amazing! They kept a lot of shade and with a good breeze it helped with the hot days. Very relaxing too!

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it had air conditioning. The weather had been super hot, and my dog is 15 and doesn’t do so well in the heat. The first room was so hot! They quickly moved us without any issue, the second room was a bit better, but no matter how low or what setting we had the air conditioning on it wouldn’t go below 22 in the room. ? it was okay, but definitely not the AC I was expecting.

The hotel is quite OK as a place to have a rest during the business trip when most of the time is spent elsewhere. Especially if the stay does not exceed a few days. WiFi works fine, breakfast is served, hot shower works.

There was no table in the room suitable for writing or using laptop. No electric kettle (though it was provided upon request at the reception). No storage cabinet or anything similar to put things away. One day underground garage was so full that it was problematic to find parking space despite it was paid for upfront.

Room was clean and had all we need. A lot of towels.

Maybe a small fridge would be good. No amenities in the room (shower gel, shampoo and soap)

Room and very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast is really nice and very professional and friendly staff.

Always staying there when I have to Travel for work in Sindelfingen. This time the invoice was printed before I left awesome thank you.

Nothing to complain about

Overall, not bad.

Parking is very bad. I found only one spot available, and it was very tight and was a charging station. It was very difficult to make the turn to get through the parking lot exit gate. I had to do a 3 point turn to make it through and even then I still managed to hit the curb on both sides. In the process of backing our of the parking space I was in, I hit the right-side building support pillar with my mirror and knocked off the outside plastic cover. Fortunately, no permanent damage. If I go to this hotel again, I certainly will not park underground.

Clean, modern room. Large (double) bed.Parking available for those need it.

The Kitchenette is exactly as empty as you see in the pictures. After repeatedly asking for utensils and cutlery, all I got was a Knife and a Fork. What's more, they had the gall to say that I cannot cook in the Kitchen. Why the heck would you offer a Kitchen then? I had chosen not to go for breakfast specifically because of the kitchen. Should have read those other reviews mentioning the Kitchen beforehand.It was located in the middle of nowhere with no bus stops, train stations, supermarkets or anything nearby (Bus stop 1km away). Only good for people with a car.The staff were typically rude like in any german hotel, not accomodating any special requests. It's probably fine for a no-nonsense hotel stay with breakfast, but certainly not good enough to attract a 8+ rating.

Very comfortable beds and very standardized room layout.

The check-in process was a bit unorganized. The person at the reception should provide more information about the stay and availabile facilities, e.g. we were with a car and had to unload half the passangers to get information about the parking. No parking signs or marks on the street. We weren't given any ticket for the garage, only "you can park whenever you want down there". On the next morning we had to find out the hard way that the barrier worked only with a ticked issued from the reception.
