Holiday Inn Express Sindelfingen By IHG

Everything

Not at all

Great value hotel. Clean, comfortable.

The extra charge for the parking.

Quiet, good breakfast, bar.

I couldn't connect to stream to the TV. The hotel doesn't allow you hook up your steaking devices to the TV to watch the programs you would like to see. This would be awesome if they did.

Nice place in an excellent location. Good breakfast.

Internet speed could be better.

Good atmosphere clean, staff very kind and helpful

Just a bit slow to check in only one person to attend many customers

Walkable areas with parks, close to train/bus stops

Goid breakfast ,clean ,friendly staff, good location

No fridge in the room Carpet dirty

Welcoming staff, really clean and modern room, nice parking, very good breakfast!

Everything was very good!

Parking, friendly staff, clean room

Everything was clean and convenient. Family friendly.

No issues.

They allotted me a room initially which was been occupied by a someone else. Bathroom was so small.

Bathroom was so small like a cubicle which is hard for a person to turn while shower, Toilet was not good. All together it was poor.

Great location, clean comfortable and a good breakfast included.

Had to get two separate rooms to accommodate our family of 5, and we requested they be joined and they werent.

Location and price

Bed sheets are heavy

Breakfast was very good. The room very clean, facilities are modern and convenient.

Parking is not guaranteed- you have to specifically mention it in your message to the hotel upon or soon after booking. We booked 2 rooms assuming parking (1 car) is available, but upon arrival discovered no more parking available. The lady at the reception was rude and unhelpful.

The breakfast is good.

Our first priority was to get an hotel with parking. When we arrived there , there was no parking. It is deceitful to say in the app that the hotel has parking.

Very professional staff. Receptionists were very friendly and quick to help with information sharing. Bed was very comfortable, room was comfortable and quiet. Parking was spacious and relatively close to the front door. Breakfast option was a good choice, a lot of options to choose from. I will stay in this Holiday Inn Express again in the near future.

There is a single negative thing I can think of… perhaps no complementary water in the room. Not having a bottle of water in the room isn’t a big deal, but would have been well received.

quiet clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. A great breakfast with plenty of choice of food and beverages in a very comfortable dining area. Ease and availability of on site parking. Easy and fast access to and from the motorway.

Clean, efficient, great breakfast.

I wish the beds were softer

Comfortable and modern rooms. Excellent breakfast.

Don’t understand why they charge for parking but the room was inexpensive enough.

Easy to locate and walk to from train station. Friendly staff, very clean and decent rooms for what you pay.
