Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for parking. the staff was friendly.

It is a bit of an uphill walk to the city center. A nearby bus should be considered.

I liked the location and the room. Very clean and comfortable.

There is no connection between staff and services. Did not know until the last fatty that breakfast was included. Greek restaurant did not seem to be a part of the hotel, but apparently it was.

Take care of the SPA tax fees

The SPA tax (Kur tax) is supposed to be included in the price mentioned on Booking, however, the hotel staff added it extra on the bill. I didnt pay the added tax, but they also didnt subtract them.

This hotel is well located. The hotel is close to the station and supermarket. And it is also good for hiking in the forest. Check-in time is relaxed.

This hotel is old and has no elevator.

Ideally suited, right at the train, and bus station. Nice restaurant within the building. Automated checkin. Grocery shops nearby.

Would be good to be prepared for the automated checkin, which is based on the order number from booking.com. Luckily, I had it available, but what would happen without?

The room was big enough.

The floor carpet is worn out and should be changed. The bed was too hard. The hotel sent me a wrong code and this caused some problem with getting the key.

Price, comfortable

Location, thought it was city centre but a long uphill walk slightly put us off

The breakfast was good but basic, the location was OK.

One problem was,when we got there(at the arranged time) no one was there and the place was locked up.we had to ring the hotel , and he told us there is a key in a key safe, and he told us the number to get in to it it all worked out well ,but we should of been informed of this before going to the hotel as we had trouble getting through on the phone.

I stayed at this hotel as part of a motorcycle tour with three friends. Anyone who enjoys riding twisting mountain roads on a motorcycle knows this location is going to be a winner, Black Forest, B500, say no more. :-)The property is clean, comfortable, and serves a good breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly.The hotel is above a popular and busy Greek restaurant. We had the best evening meal of our weeks holiday there..

Disappointing

Horrible location, hotel had a key box, not very welcoming staff, breakfast was awful

Large room. Good shower. Quiet location.

Would have like coffee making facility in room.

Central place, close to railway station, parking spaces on street, large room, nice bathroom, fridge, confortable bed

No elevator, no baby bed

There is a Greek Restaurant in the same building. We had dinner there as we arrived late. Keyboy easy to use. Continental breakfast.

Immediate answer to the phone and imediat fix. Great restaurante below.

There was strange to look like giving the option to pay at the property but then not be allowed to book without paying in advance.Too hot to stay with the window closed, too noisy to stay with it open.

The staff were super helpful in finding a place for us to store our bikes in their garage, the room was larger than expected and well arranged and clean, and the breakfast time was flexible based on when we were ready for it.

Nice place for a stop over. Restaurant next door were very friendly and servrd very good greek food, breakfast was good too.

The restaurant said they had nothing to do with the hotel and would not let us take drinks to the beer garden. A bit missleading as there were tables chairs and umbrellas outside. The restaurant served very good food though.

Bottom of a hill one needs to walk up to the centre

Room was very clean, and smelled good. The towels were of very good quality and the facilities were very well taken care off. The staff was very friendly.

It doesn’t have a reception so you have to call the workers by the phone or ask the staff from the restaurant. It’s a minor thing because everything works anyway but it puts some interrogation signs in the beginning.
