Pros +
- The hotel is located in the very lovely town of Freudenstadt, just next to the Black Forest where you can hike in the forest. It is very nicely decorated, with spacious and comfy rooms with great views. The food was great, the staff was amazing.
- tidy and warm
- Food was unbelievable. Facilities we're amazing. Pool was a refreshing start to the day! Staff we're very friendly. Picturesque location and easy to access via car. A good selection of wines and beers too.
Cons -
- I liked everything about the hotel, there was nothing I disliked
- internet speed slow, no lift
- English travellers with limited German, I believe there was only one waiting staff who spoke English - all menu's were in German (because we're in southern German, understandably) - but nothing a friendly receptionist and a phone app couldn't solve.
