Cons -
- Oh man, where do I begin? There was a party of some kind at the restaurant till 1 AM and it was very loud so we couldn’t sleep. The receptionist in the afternoon, the guy at the bar, the waitress - none of them spoke a word of English. Or any other language as Spanish in fact. We wanted to order food, they brought us a French (why?) and an English menu. We chose something, pointed at it on the menu, the waitress didn’t know what that is, so we used Google Translate. After that we got dirty plates and waited so long on the dessert to be served (45 minutes), that we just went in and paid and got out. No-one even asked us about our missing order or anything, I had to Google Translate it to them that they should remove it from the bill since we didn’t get it. There was no minibar in the room but there was an empty space for it. There was a phone in the toilet for some reason too?One of our ceiling lights didn’t work. No proper hand washing soap was given (the one with the pump), only this tiny veil where you had to poor it out every time you wanted to wash your hands. I don’t think I would come here again sadly.
- Breakfast options are limited to those typical of Andalucía.
- Nothing to dislike. It’s on a service area so coach parties in and out, and a petrol station in front, but it didn’t spoil anything.

Superb location with free parking. Large bedrooms.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and great VFM.
Nothing to dislike. It’s on a service area so coach parties in and out, and a petrol station in front, but it didn’t spoil anything.
Location was very good although quite noisy from road traffic.
The majority of our hotel stays offered free tapas when we ordered drinks , especially when meals were not served until after 8.30 PM, this hotel offered nothing.
Staff were excellent, especially on the 2nd night when it was very busy. It was cold and heavy rain for 2 days and i was allowed to sit inside with my small dog in the restaurant. Night time menu del dia was great value as well as an A La Carte menu. On the outskirts of the town center on a busy industrial road but no noise.
Shower leaked and bathroom floor was quite dangerous as i was on crutches.
Cleanliness, surroundings and the restaurant food was great.Near the Dolmens.
Kettle in the room would be nice.
Confortable Hotel. Close to the city center and close to the historic monuments such as the Megolithic Ruins. The Hotel restaurant was also first class.
Can't think of anything i didn't like about the Hotel Lozano
The nice guy at the reception spoke so fine english and helped me a lot. The tapas in the restaurant was some of the best I had. A little bit outdated, but that also has its charm.
Outside town, long ride to town. but bus just outside
clean, well equiped
the waitress on breakfast, needed more training, my wife is coeliac and we have had gluten free bread on many visits. the waitress simply said NO, its not available, we asked another waitress and got it with no problem, we ordered 2 coffees and 2 ornge juice we got 2 coffeees but onl one orange juice. we asked 5 times for the other orange, despite the fact that people who had come in after us were all getting orange juice. the waitress made us feel like pests for keep asking, not a very nice experience. most unusual for the lozano because we have got to know the staff well and they are usually friendly and super efficient
Good location for what we needed to do. Our motorhome was getting some bodywork repairs in the nearby industrial estate. Staff very friendly and attentive. Everything clean and tidy. Good lunch.
It's a good one night stopover at a very reasonable price. Helpful receptionist and bar staff.
Unfortunately there was no hot water in the morning in the shower. Very lukewarm! I reported it to reception when leaving.
Rooms large, staff nice, food good, location great, price excellent
WiFi was poor and often drops out
The room and the very friendly and helpful receptionist
The terrible breakfast!
Good access and room facilities for disabled. Air con was wonderful - temperature outside was mid 30s when we arrived
Very comfortable with excellent restaurant very popular with the locals
Very comfortable bad, big room and bathroom, good parking.
Although dated it was in excellent condition with very spacious rooms and ensuites. The disabled facilities are also excellent.
The breakfast was basic Spanish, tostados , but fresh orange juice. Nothing cooked available.
Nice dinner. Everything you can expect from a hotel “on the road”; good value for money.Close to the dolmens.
Some receptionists did not speak a word of English en same for the staff in the restaurant.
very friendly staff, good location outside of city center, spacious and free parking,
older facility, but it has its charms. You need transportation to see the sights.
