Los Dólmenes

The room was OK. I was woken up by sawing at 8am, but there was otherwise no noise. The staff are friendly. The surroundings are very pleasant and you can park in front of the door.

There is no buffet breakfast. They give a large portion of melon and a glass of orange juice. They give a large omelette and fresh baguette. Strawberry jam is available and there is tea or coffee. But there is no yoghurt, no cereal and most of the items in a buffet breakfast are not available. What they give is of high quality, but there are items you will miss if you are accustomed to a buffet breakfast.

Service was excellent from a friendly and charming staff - the hotel owners were also present to assist, a very nice elderly couple who mingled with the clientele.

Location was good. The bed was comfortable. The central quadrant was a nice sitting area. The food in the restaurant was good.

We couldn't get the a/c to work in our room. As we were there for only one night we didn't worry.

Our room was comfortable and quiet. The bar welcoming and the restaurant very good. All staff were helpful and efficient.

The hotel was just off a busy roundabout but was not noisy. The view from our window slightly marred by a huge warehouse.

We have stayed here before and found the location ideal if you are travelling by car. Easy to find off the ring road and no need to drive through the centre on narrow roads. You probably need to use your car to access the centre, but there is a convenient car park on the road in and a short walk gets you into the centre.

Not everybody talks English in Spain. But after all it was some kind of a charm to experience (trying to communicate without knowing the language).

Clean, nice looking facility

Terrible smell from the bathroom. Unbearable. Reading the Google reviews, it is a known problem with the plumbing at this hotel. We did everything we could to keep plugs in the drain (provided) and the door closed but by morning it was impossible to be in the space. It felt like a sewer.

the breakfast is not good, all they provide is toast ,orange juice and coffee and the bread is not toasted just a warmed roll.

Attractive building and inner courtyard.Nice restaurant with plenty of choice and a great Columbian waiter.Convenient for the Dolmens Archaeological park.

Los Dólmenes is such a great place to use as a base while roadtripping around Adalucia. The location is great, easy access to the major highways. Our room was super spacious and the bed,pillows were very comfortable. We must mention the restaurant, dispite it's dated basic decor, serves high quality food . We ended up having breakfast there every day during our stay and dinner most nights after a full day of exploring. We would be happily staying there again.

Lovely people, characterful in a good way, clean and everything we needed. Good parking which wasn't a given elsewhere on our stay.Close to Dolmen de Menga, a couple of km from the lovely town.

Location is on the edge of a business park, not quite the bucolic greenery shown. But what is shown IS what we could see from our room, just it's a bit curated, perhaps to be expected. Would we stay again? Oh yes!

Nice clean hotel located near the highway. Restaurant and bar located on site, with decent food at a reasonable price.

Location is ok for a stay if you are looking for a quick one night stopover on your way to any of the major cities.

Easy to get to and plenty of parking which is not easy in Spain

I had a suite and no one of the staff knew how to turn on the jacuzzi in the room ! So it was a kind of waste of good facilities - the reason why I asked for the suite in the first place.

Room and public areas very clean. The staff couldn't be more courteous and helpful. The restaurant and menu was excellent and reasonably priced.Our second time here, still as good! Ample free, secure parking is a big plus.

You will need transport if you want to visit Antequera, not the fault of the Hotel obviously!As regards the Hotel, nothing not to like!
