The breakfast was simply perfect. The staff very friendly and perfectly organized. It was clean maybe simple but there is nothing to complain about for what was offered and charged for.

Free parking, big lot, no trouble finding a spot.

relatively basic rooms but clean, good location, decent breakfast, lovely decoration, very quiet area for a good sleep. The staff is great and very helpful making the stay very pleasant and so i would recommend this property for the area.

The TV in the room is very very small.

A basic hotel, but tastefully decorated with a wonderful lobby and breakfast room. A mix of business people and visitors to the area.

Their quick drop key box was inside the locked area of the hotel, so hopefully they found my key in the room!

It wouldn't hurt to add kettles to the rooms (or glasses, for that matter). Perhaps the price is a bit high for this hotel. If the price included breakfast, it would make sense, but it's charged separately.

The whole hotel felt more like accommodation for workers rather than a regular hotel, but it was sufficient for one night.

Hotel was clean efficient and friendly. I cannot praise the staff, Marian, Carmen and Mohammed too highly. We had a problem with a lost passport and their help was unsticking. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Gold stars all round.

It would have been nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee makings in the room, but a small matter.

Good location close to city center and shopping malls. Accommodation was very clean with daily cleaning. Parking next to hotel (5 eur/day).Amazing city center and close to Harz area. Hotel offers beaverages and some refreshments in their bar.

Don't expect anything fancy, hotel has stopped in early 90's. Breakfast was just fine, but not worth the money. Very soft mattresses, but that's question of taste.I can't reccommend this hotel to families with kids: Receptionist (small, dark hair and dark complexion) was not the most pleasant. He made us pay city tax for our kid (under 2 y.o.). When I found from the invoce and wanted to complain, he aggresively denied the claim. He also complained about our kids being too loud when they were playing in empty corridor and with opened room doors. (Other guests didn't complain, only him). We were told to stay in the room and that sorted the issue. Other than that, all good.

It is well located, free parking and very quiet place.

There were 3 things that we really feel disgusted about: 1. Although it seems clean, there were webs in different areas of our room. 2. We found a few dead bugs in the bed. 3. The carpet is really old, so it has dirt marks in different colors and shapes.

The breakfast was very good and the room was clean and tidy with enough space. It is located slightly out of the old centre, but it was an easy and enjoyable walk to the sights.

It was very hot when we stayed. I wasn't expecting air conditioning, but the fact that the window of the room would only open a little made it impossible to get the room cool. Proper opening windows are needed for this hotel.

Location and for one night ok.

Rooms could have been cleaner and shower dirty, especially with the shower curtain. On a plus the water pressure from the shower was good

Good location. Excellent guy on reception when we arrived Sunday. Good humour and super helpful.

No dark broetchen. Only white when we went for breakfast both days. We avoid eating white flour as much as possible. Obviously others are the same as both days the dark broetchen had been all taken by 8.30 or earlier and staff said they didn't have any more. A small thing.

The receptionist was prepared for us arriving, they knew we would have our dog, they knew we had already paid for the room.You might think the location of this hotel is an issue, but in fact, it's definitely not. Maybe a 15 minute walk to the town, you can leave the car in the hotel car park. Breakfast was definitely adequate, with some hot offerings also. There's a coffee machine too.There's a Lidl just across the road for supplies too.We were only there for one night. Managed to see some of Quedlinburg the night before, then after breakfast (which starts at 7am) did a full walk around followed by freshen up and check out by 11am.

Housekeeping must have had a bad day... our large towels were not present, and there was a discarded bottle top under the bed. Towels were resolved quickly though.
