Romantik Hotel am Brühl

Beautiful country style hotel in walking distance to the old town of Quedlinburg. Very accommodating when it comes to dogs, nice park for dog walking just around the corner. The service by the staff was outstanding. Convenient parking. As we only stayed for one night, we didn't get to try the restaurant, unfortunately, which looked very inviting. :)

Tea making facilities in the room would have been a nice extra. ;)

The hotel has all the facilities to make guests feel completely comfortable. The name of the hotel "Romantic" absolutely refers to the place. My family and mine expectations were absolutely positive when we arrived, and we thought that we were about to have a really great time at this place.

The only criteria I have used while I was searching for a hotel were available parking and a restaurant. We didn't have any problems with the parking, but this wasn't the same case with my second preference I had - "the restaurant." My family and I we have been traveling for hours, and we just wanted to have a cozy dinner at this wonderful place. When we asked to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, the staff explained us in a short and cold manner that it won't be possible to use the hotel restaurant, because they were out of available seats. I was advised to find another place for dinner outside the hotel. We got out searching for a place to have dinner and I got cold.Honestly, I think that this is a really nice place, but the capacity of the restaurant should be bigger, so all the hotel's guests could enjoy their stay, using all the hotel facilities.

I liked the location and the interior of the hotel was great, breakfast was great but i hope they put English translation on buffet

Treated poorly at the restaurant. Walked out due to the disrespectful when trying to have dinner.

Location was excellent! The bartender Saturday evening was attentive and served delicious drinks with a side snack. The gentleman server during breakfast was also very hospitable and friendly. Bees were clean and comfortable. Room walls and bathroom walls were dirty and the young man who checked us in barely spoke to us. He did not ask us if we needed any information. He took my name, handed me a key and pointed to the breakfast area.

Hotel is nice, staff friendly, breakfast meets expectations.

The rooms face the street. Though the hotel is inside the town, cars passed by all through the night and were very, very loud. As the weather was warm, windows were open. The sound is trapped and amplified between the buildings and a normal speed passing car is terribly loud. Would not stay here again.

The breakfast was the best , all you could wish for , fresh and plentiful. Great helpful staff

The rooms are comfortable but l bit tired in need of upgrade with better electric points for mobile devices and charging The singe room bed was big but the quilt smaller!

I had no idea how divine the town and this hotel would be. The hotel was located in an historic part of town, exuded tradition and history, was warm and inviting in entry with a lovely lounge and fireplace. The rooms were nice, a touch traditional, and the bathrooms modern and functional. Heating was good but you could also open the windows which I love. There was a great heating rack which we all want.The restaurant was fantastic and breakfast was served in a lovely room with all the touches you’d expect and more. All the staff were wonderful.decor was great too. Parking was free.

The place is really nice. The city is a must visit, beautiful. The hotel is close to the centre, however, close to a park also (for our dog). The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast lovely and the evening dinner in their restaurant top. Everything perfect.

Well located, easy to get to by car and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The room was a little old fashioned but comfortable enough. The real highlight though was the courtyard and restaurant. The courtyard was a delightful space in which to enjoy a pre dinner drink and then dinner. The restaurant was excellent. The staff were first class and generally spoke excellent English.

A bit more information on using the sauna facilities would have been very helpful.

Personally, the mattress was too soft for my liking. Not enough free sockets in room.

Very clean, wonderful design and furniture. Lovely paintings. Breakfast was one of the best among 4-star hotels.
