MARA Hotel

Modern, clean and convenient

Can’t think of anything.

Good location, clean, breakfast was good.

Bed was hard, pillows horrible.

Everything was perfect. Nice and clean new hotel. Good breakfast.

It was clean and modern. The location is directly at the train station.

No free water was provided in the room. Moreover, there is no real air-conditioner to cool the room down.

The location was great, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was tasty and well served.

It was right by a fire brigade/emergency service so sometimes it would get loud, but nothing bad if the windows were closed. The privacy in the room was also not the best, curtains were either blackout or translucid, I had the lights always on.

The staff is fantastic. Breakfast is prepared with quality ingredients. The menu is not very wide, but everything offered is good. You get a perfect clean room.

The pillows are too soft, or there aren't enough of them. You have to lock the door with a key when you leave, they don't automatically lock like in other hotels. Cleaning during the stay is only on request and consists only of emptying the trash.

Room is clean and big, breakfast is ok, location is convenient.

the room is a bit smelly (newly renovation), and it's a bit noisy near the street, also the pillow is horrible

Very close to the train station

No fridge in the room.Bad smell in the room, open the windows before the guests arrive!

Hotel looks new or recently renovated. Rooms are modern, well equipped, clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable, and I managed to get good sleep. Breakfast was sufficient for my needs, most importantly the coffee was good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was free and there were no issues in finding a parking spot. Will definitely stay there again at my next business trip.

Nothing to complain about so far.

location

the internet, and the bed

Loved my stay, 8/10, but it had a few slight negatives. Breakfast buffet did not have the widest choice as other hotels i've stayed at, but what was there was excellent quality. Great noise blocking in the rooms. Even though i was on the side looking out over the road there was almost no noise audible unless i opened the windows.Staff were very friendly and switched to English without any issues.

Breakfast buffet didn't have that many choices.Renovations were ongoing on my floor, so a slight smell of fresh paint was hanging in the corridor, but this did not extend into the room.Doors seem to close at a certain time in the evening around or before 23:00, but this was not immediately shown nor was there a bell at the front doors to call for someone to come open. Luckily there was someone cleaning the lobby which could let me in.

Personal very friendly, it was clean and the breakfast was not bulky but enougth to cover our needs.

The room could have had a mini bar to store our jogurt for instance. the bed war a bit hard and an extra pillow would have been good to see the TV. No telefone in the room to contact reception.Otherwise all was very good.

the location and facility are good

the reception service is poor. the attitude is helpless and rude

good breakfast, parking included, near city center and train station, quite location, welcome drink

even a comfort room has not much space to store clothes, a proper wardrobe is missing. Bathroom pretty small. 1 year old baby is charged 5 euros per night (without any extra baby bed)

Location: close to UniWarm bathroom

Room was a bit chill

Location and one of the people working the breakfast shift (a woman). Amazing breakfast

No extra blankets, no jug for water/tea, cold rooms

I missed breakfast timing and reached at 9:45 am after that i asked so he denied to give it.In Bathroom, there should be small toothpaste or mouthwash liquid (Listerine). No drinking water bottle.

Clean, at good location, polite staff, 24h reception.

The space for the luggage in the room is a bit insufficient.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast

Aircon wasn’t working

Really welcoming front desk personnel.Cleanliness of the room (including bed, bathroom, etc.)Being close to Hauptbahnhof was great.fine breakfast but could have been way better.

Lack of refrigerator and iron in the room; Poor quality of internet;Need for several wifi passwords for different devices.
