Reasonable value for money

Mould, extra charge for dog 30 eur even if you stay only one night, extra charge billed in euros at 10% surcharge on top (bad fix rate 23 CZK vs 25 CZK per EUR). All spa/sauna extras.

Good location, amazing breakfast and calmness around

People working there are very kind, nice and helpful.Sauna and massage were just great. I would come again :)

Everything was great: perfect check-in process, extremely quick with professional personnel. The room was clean and up to the expectations. The cleaning ladies were friendly and helpful when contacted. The price was convenient and the location good too: close to the city center and to a big and cheap parking (just 100 mt from the hotel and with a cost of 2 EUR per day).The restaurant has enough options: good food, excellent beer, friendly and nice waiters.Breakfast had good quality and choice.The checkout at 12.00 allows an extra nap after breakfast.

If you have no other choise and you end up in this hotel, take good ear plugs. I could hear disturbing noise from some power machine the whole night in room 211 although I asked for quiet silent room. Also there is an air duct passes through the hall of the room, which makes even more noise during the day.Breakfast was included in room price, but there was no table available for breakfast. Crowded with other guests.Not very friendly receptionist.Parking for 5 cars only. Park at the city parking lot accross the street for 10 CZK an hour or 50 CZK daily.

Despite spending only 2 days at this hotel,we absolutely loved it. The stuff was very kind and likable, the breakfast was good as well. The room we got also made a good impression, free minibar was a nice detail and in general we can say we were more than satisfied

Place was clean, nothing in the room was broken, food was good, plenty of things to have for breakfast and a simple, yet tasty menu for lunch/dinner. Personell were nice and helpful.

We were on the 3rd floor and there was a wet spot on the celling.I wouldnt call this a downside per say, but the bus stop was just outside, so you get a wake up call if you have open windows.

Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, complimentary soft drinks in the fridge. Nice renovated rooms.
