Breakfast was better than I expected. Many variations and friendly staffs. Location is also nice.One of the day was my husband's birthday, so we got a small chocolate box as a gift, which was very nice.

Some of the staff members were not very friendly. When I tried to book a massage, I had to wait for a very long time, and I felt almost invisible. Perhaps this was due to a language barrier.The massage itself was great, but the way staff communicated with guests could be improved.I really liked the pool and sauna area. However, most people were wearing swimsuits inside the sauna, which made the space very wet. Unfortunately, no one seemed to come by to clean the wet floor, which was a bit disappointing.

Great hotel and facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Loved the breakfast band teh cafe.

Slow WiFi

An exceptional hotel! We were a couple with a two-year-old child and booked 4 nights including breakfast and dinner. We had a wonderful welcome. We arrived on 24.12 afternoon and went to dinner- a table with a child's chair, two boxes of chocolates and a toy for the child was already waiting for us. In the evening there was a piano performance for Christmas. It was excellent.The next day there was a refreshment of Gluhwein with cookies on the hotel balcony.The rooms are large, spacious, very clean. In the room there were bathrobes waiting for us, even for the child. The hotel staff even arranged a bathing kit for the child.The breakfast and dinner were very rich, varied and very tasty.The hotel also had a spa with a sauna, jacuzzi and pool that worked relatively late. We enjoyed it there very much.The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from a free parking lot near Kaufland and Tesco.The hotel and restaurant staff were very kind and hospitable. We had a perfect experience. We highly recommend it and would be happy to come back here again.

Polite and kind front desk. Acceptable breakfasts. The rooms have kettle and tea bags with sugar and coffee. Clean rooms.

Wi Fi is buggy, the room interiors are very old( old fashioned). There is no internet connection in the rooms at all. Very small swimming pool. Small TV.

Nice hotel, gorgeous breakfast. Rituals toiletries, bath gown and doft slippers.

No wi-fi on the second and third floor, at all. Dinner till 20:00.

We had a lovely long weekend stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room and hotel were very clean, bed comfortable, location excellent. Receptionists and waitresses were most helpful. Staff was fully aware of my allergy from my booking information and made sure I get right food. Service was excellent.

Older property still needs a few adjustments to remain modern.

Everything was good. The room was spacious and airconditioned, making it a good choice during summer. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options. Staff members serving breakfast were friendly and cooperative. The hotel has two restaurants/cafes and is open until late evening in summer. This hotel is within walking distance from Musical Fountain (approx. 10 to 12 mins walk).

Parking charges are very high—350 CZK per night. Pets are not allowed. Not a very pleasant experience at the reception while checking-out.

Parking. There are very few parking places directly in the hotel. The closest public parking is about 10 minutes of walk from the hotel.Wellness. Closed in the evenings.

Nice location, very friendly staff. Large room, furniture might be a bit old but absolutely not shabby.

One day room hasn't been cleaned although we were out for 5 hours.

Great facilities, right in the center, great SPA area, breakfast was amazing, nothing to complain about. The room interiors are not the newest, that`s the only thing that is keeping me from giving a 10.

Dedicated parking would be nice, but that's a problem of the entire city.

The bed was comfy and the room sufficiently spacious. We really enjoyed the spa area which comes in the price of the hotel stay - the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The location was ideal to reach the tourist center. The café downstairs serves excellent cakes :)

The bathroom was really small - it was not possible to stand by the mirror and open the door at the same time as it would squeeze you. The spa has limited entrance for kids betwee 19:00 and 21:00, which is only written on the spa door but we were not informed at the reception of the fact. During the breakfast, I would appreciate more selection of sweets and fruit.

Good value for money, sports activities & wellness are included in the price. Breakfast had freshly made pancakes and tasty coffee from baristas. A big plus were comfy beds and high-quality brand toiletries. :)

No one warned me before, that if I arrived during the evening, they would not let me park in the garage even though they declared 24/7 reception and I booked a parking lot. Thus I had to move all my stuff from the parking area nearby using a small baggage cart at 00.00 am. It took me 3 rides and an hour (I had lots of stuff that wasn't able to stay in the car while it was freezing outside. That is the reason why I booked a parking lot in the garage). It was a very unpleasant experience for me.

Room was clean and spacious. The reception personnel was very effective and polite. The restaurant is outstanding: the variety and quality of breakfast and dinner exceeded my expectations, and waiters were attentive and available. The ladies making coffee were even more attentive, clarifying several details before providing the espresso!The hotel provides a bathrobe, towel and sheet for sauna. There are even two mineral water springs right in the hotel atrium. And the view from the elevator was nice.

Nothing to complain about. Maybe: sauna and swimming pool were small, but no surprise here. Also, very warm in the room, so maybe adding some thin covers instead of the thick winter ones would improve sleep; or providing a way to set a temperature.

Try asking what I did not like. The front desk staff are arrogant.. The worst that I ever have expected. I checked in on January 18th the worst weather in CZ.. Reception did not well come me and I'ven throw I had parking booked. She didn't have to go to give it up till I asked for relocation..

The property was well looked after despite the age of the construction. The best was the staff in the restaurant on the shifts of the shorter chief Pepe ( I think:) , waiters and receptionist were very kind and attending. Our stay was very pleasant. We will come again this year:)

A good breakfast and whirlpool, pleasant and friendly staff. A good room with a nice view.Unfortunately a lot of guests are walking out of sauna to the whirlpool naked, especially men. Personally I do not think that it is acceptable considering that only sauna is announced to be for naked guests and a whirlpool is supposed to be a safe place for international tourists and kids

The spa was horrible. The hot stone massage was overpriced and of a very poor quality , the stones were barely warm. The masseur was sick and constantly coughed and sniffed. He wouldn't leave the room when I was taking my clothes off and on. I recommend against using this so-called spa center. Never again!!!

Very friendly personal. SUPER very good located, near from everything. We could make the checkout at 12:30 with no extra fee. They are wonderful ?
