Pros +
- I stayed only 1 night, I loved the place, room had a great view, swimming pool was large and awesome! Even breakfast was better than the other hotel Ensana Butterfly!
- Marianske Lazne is a quite relaxing town and Ensana hotel is an island of spa and wellness center which let you feel at home. Food is good, the room was very quite and the entire facility was very clean. Swimming pool with Jaccuzi and infra red beds - we stayed 3 days, enjoyed the parks and landscape
- Location is central, small but nice swimming pool, very good breakfast. Room was nice. The receptionist could be a bit more friendly. But overall quite comfortable stay

- There was nothing I did not like, maybe it was very expensive!

- Most of the treatments were fully pre-booked; it would have been helpful to have stressed the need to book in advance at the time of making the hotel reservation...

Very good hotel, lovely, friendly staff, delicious and varied breakfast, very clean, huge room. We will definitely return.
Excellent location - a beautiful period property; very Edwardian... Very friendly staff and a great pool and sauna area. Breakfast was adequate

Clean and nice pool and clean bathroom
there is no hot spring bath
The location was good and the room was clean.
The room at night was flooded in the lights outside and there was no blinder, only curtains that were not enough. There was no hot water for the entire weekend we spent there and although the hotel knew about these repair works they did not notify us or at least offer a discount for the discomfort suffered. The breakfast was basic just in a nicer display and the coffee was really bad…
