Hotel is very nice and elegant

Receptionist is more for a youth hostel than a golf retreat with all her tatoos and piercings. I would have expected a better personnel. The bf lady barely looks at you and don't expect a greeting or a smile from her.

Room and hotel design is nice, breakfasts are ok, dinners were also pretty good. generally the stay was fine.

Wellness is pretty weak, almost nothing to do there, and is payed additionally, which is to be payed attention to.Our room had a smelly sanitary surprise on the matrace hidden under the bedsheets. Luckily, it was quickly handled by stuff.

The hotel's breakfast was exceptional; it is situated in the forest, so using public or private transport is essential. Access to jacuzzi and sauna area was for a fee but we could have it to ourselves and enjoy some privacy.

Cheap as hell

Room was really dirty and entire hotel was sticky and needs a deep clean. Breakfast was gross, milk and water taste weird. Annoying to charge for parking when the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

The location, the style of the hotel, the terrace was amazing.

The fact that the spa didn’t have a pool and had only one sauna that we shared with another couple. It was kind of crowded and awkward to use the same jacuzzi too. The spa was 8€ an hour which was a lot for the value of the included amenities.

We stayed for just one night, but really enjoyed our experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious with a great selection of options. The location isn’t right in the center, but it’s actually a lovely walk through the forest to get there. Just keep in mind the way back is a bit hilly, so be prepared for a bit of a climb.The bed was very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. All in all, a pleasant and relaxing stay :)

The only downside was the thin walls, we had some noisy neighbors, which made it a bit hard to fully relax. That said, since it was just for one night, it wasn’t a big issue.

Menu choice very good standard.

We were first in the restaurant but waited a very long time for food. Seems that all German residents were served food before us even though they came after us . We also paid a lot for our stay!Also the outside patio had broken glass and overflowing ashtrays. This could have been cleaned between shifts by staff.

the wifi signal was not stable. The system was on and off from time to time.

- good location- at first glance, a pretty nicely decorated hotel

- my friend and I both got an intestinal infection from the hotel restaurant!- the dirty carpet that triggered my asthma- the window didn't stay open- the bathroom was slightly dirty- walls so thin you could hear snoring from the next room- during the day it looked more like a Ukrainian hostel (drunk screaming Ukranians are standard here)

Triple room super spacious with very good price/quality. Bed confortable, bathroom with bidet, breakfast great and with variety. Staff very polite.

Everything was good. Maybe as suggestion the room was a little too dark. It needs a central chandelier. I would add a cattle for tea in double/triple room at least for winter period.

Easy to find, near the golf course, but there is nothing else in the village.

Staff was not very helpfull, food at the restaurant was ok, but nothing special. There was no stuff available in wellness part.

A small cosy hotel in Western Czechia.Perfect location, parking, fast internet, good breakfast. The room was upgraded. Clean & tidy.Will definitely book again!

everything exceeded my expectations. breakfast was superb, room was great and the bed was huge and very comfortable.

Very cozy location near the city centre but in woods. Snow made our stay so perfect. Restaurant is very good and offers tasty dishes. Hotel staff is also nice. Jacuzzi and sauna is plus. Worth every bit of the money paid.

Everything was good, what was missing is probably children play area and fitness centre.

Excellent, veey helpful Reception Manager. Due to the heavy raining, we have arrived after 23:00. The reception closed down, however, the lady contacted us before 23:00 and made arrangements to check in once we arrive. Much needed rest after a long day...We like the place. In the middle of the forest, very quiet and calm. Nice breakfast, private parking, fast internet.

Beautiful nature , nice room . Front desk staff was excellent .

Staff at the restaurant breakfast wasn't helpful and didn't care . Run out of coffee and didn't care much . 400 czk per small dog is very expensive to compare to other hotels. Most charge 100 to 250 czk .

Clean rooms, daily housekeeping, great food

Fitness room was locked, I wasn’t able to open it with card.Hotel didn’t have pool but it is only formality writing this review, it would be nice but not necessary.
