The staff was very friendly and helpful

The first apartment was on the 3rd floor and the 2nd room not very usable, the pull out didn't work, hot, one window no curtain. After a challenging night we were moved the next day and the apartment was great in all respects. The staff was excellent.

The hotel is stylish and full of charm, with a personal touch. The staff were multilingual, incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The breakfast was high-quality and thoughtfully prepared.

Quiet, set a bit outside of town but close walking distance to everything. Hotel gave great recommendations for local restaurants

Rooms could have used a bit more upgraded design and furnishings.

The place has nice outdoor seatings and forest. Comfortable room and bathroom. Nice welcome drink. Bathroom has nice facility.

Most of the written information/menu is only in Czech & German. No minibar in the room.

Amazing location, super nice staff, perfect place to relax and switch off, also for long walks around the forest and the town. We will definitely come back in the autumn!

No wellness facilities on Sunday, we would have loved another massage?

Great location, in a quiet end of town, with a nice short walk to the sites and immediate access to country side hikes.Excellent breakfast with fresh produce and good coffee.Good size rooms and a great sauna!

Would have liked a possibility to dry our clothes in the (nice and big) bathroom. There was space for a good rack for clothes and towels. The days we were visiting it was raining and very humid. As you don’t change the towels on a daily basis, which is fine, you should put a rack in, so they can dry. During our hikes we got soaking wet and had no where to dry the clothes.

Nice quiet location, very helpful and kind staff and friendly atmosphere. There’s a park and one of the mineral water springs just nearby.

Not sure about the 4 stars the hotel has on booking ... Nice people, everybody smiles and is very friendly. Quiet location, but only 10 minutes walk from center. Enough hiking possibilities in the surrounding forests.

Nothing not to like. However two sentences are required here.

Exceptionally nice staff. Outstanding breakfast - except for a coffee - they should offer better level of coffee than just filter coffee. Spacy room, very clean. Also served 3-course dinner was very high quality.

As mentioned, I would recommend the owners to invest in a proper coffee machine to serve it during breakfast. Nothing else.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood but still in a walking distance to the center. Just perfect. The service is extraordinary. We also enjoyed our breakfast and dinner outside in the romantic courtyard and garden. the food was excellent.

Lovely decor. Attentive staff, large family room, play area for children, short walk to attractions, trampoline, delicious dinner and breakfast, happy wife and son.

No kids evening menu in restaurant.

Small AND beautiful!!!!! Direct very personal contact with everybody all day long , from MD to waitresses, cleaninggirls and physios!!!
