Old school spa hotel, with a nice vibe and atmosphere. Would stay again. Nice location and amenities.

The location was indeed very nice. Closer to the city but right into the forest. It was fairly clean.

The mattress and the pillows were horribly uncomfortable. The mattress was thin and very hard and the pillow was full of clumps. The steam sauna was probably not renovated in 30 years and it smelled moldy and unhealthy. The room didn’t have a water kettle but it’s a 4 stars hotel. The staff at breakfast were reinforcing every morning where you can and cannot sit making the a whole birocratic fuss around where one should take a seat before you were even properly awake.

Hotel is located very close to the city centrum. It means shops, restaurant, bars, exchange etc. are located close and they are reachable in a few minutes by feet. Behind hotel is forest with several touristic routes. Our room (appartment) was nice, large and clean. There was a beautiful view on the city from window. You can enjoy sound of singing fountain directly from the balcony.

After entering breakfast restaurant we had to wait until personal seat us even restaurant was almost empty.Hotel is located on the hill. For people with some disability would be difficult to reach hotel from the city. The closest bus station is located 5 min by walk, but you have to walk to the steep hill.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment has a beautiful view from the window. The building is spacious and very convenient for families with children — there's even a playroom with toys.

We loved the location close to woods as well as to the spa district in the town centre, the air quality and local spa spring water which was available throughout the hotel. We also had a huge room with a balcony and amazing views. The swimming pool was large enough to actually swim. We‘ll come again and then also avail of some of the large array of treatments available. A real find!

Hotel is really old and needs a complete renovation asap. Food was ok, nothing special. Eggs in the morning were runny, rest was ok. The massage at the spa was really good and value for money. Location of the hotel was also good.

Clean rooms, really tasty breakfast. During the lunch and supper the swimming pool is almost empty. But you should learn the schedule of whirlpool and Turkish bads not to get cold.

The pillows are awful. Turkish bads were hardly warm during working hours by schedule. We have only caught them hot at 5 p.m. once. Whirlpool is slightly warmer than body temperature

- The staff was noc nice and did not conclude informations they should have, like price for parking, times of welness, or even the price of dinner they “forced” us to have for 370 czk which could have been 250 czk based of the ticket- Does not have almost any wellness procedures avalible over weekend - told me they operate only till 12:00 - which I did not read on their website and it was a bit huss to even book the procedures with them!! I booked them 3 week in advance but nobody ever answered my teo emails so I had to call to book it.

Location-for me it was excellent-right near the forest, on the mountain. Good size of the room,very clean well equipped bathroom.Ladies on the reception were always helpful. Cleaning staff was also good.

Breakfast was very poor: very small choice of vegetables,no fruits,no salads-exept of fruit salad that included sliced apples mostly.Coffee from the machine was extremely bad. I heard the other people were complaining on the quality of the breakfast.And: no milk alternatives!!Did the management of restaurant heard about the people with lactose intolerance??

Breakfast could have been more varied. The eggs were not tasty. The hotel is located on a hill, so keep in mind that you will have to climb the mountain each time you return to the hotel. It can be a bit difficult.

We have been in this hotel already but before the Corona times. The hotel is still very nice with great swimming pool and friendly staff. The Java Massage Salon is a perfect place of relaxation and offers really valuable services.

It is obvious that the Corona time has hit the hotel industry hard and some savings had to be made, which means that you do not get slippers any more, there is no pencil or paper available in the room to make notes and there are no Kleenex in the room which I expect to get in a 4 star hotel. Also the breakfast is not so rich as it used to be. But the food is freshly made, it tastes well so no reason to complain. It offers a good start to the day!
