Wellness Hotel Queens

Workers were so helpful and friendly. Parking was very convenient and reasonably priced. The wellness center had everything we needed. Dinner at the hotel was great, extensive menu with various seasonal dishes. Balcony was comfy.

Nowhere on the website did it specify that the wellness access was not included in our stay. We had to pay for it upon arrival. The website should be more clear.

The hotel suite we reserved was very comfortable, spacious and quiet. The restaurant is good and well-priced. They also have a wellness center- my father got a massage at the spa there which he said was one of the best he has ever had.

We didn't realize what a long walk it would be to the center of town (20 mins)- or that taxis would not always be readily available, so I would say that is a downside. There was also a very mixed experience with the staff- some were absolutely lovely and warm- others seemed impatient and curt. Nevertheless, a great value and comfortable stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The apartment was clean. Overall great value. It exceeded my expectations. Great location if you want to visit Mariánské Lázně or just want to relax or just to play tennis.

Breakfast was wonderful. Many salty and sweet choices. Spa was nice, only the floor was slippery. Nice big whirpool. Although I would appriciate the hotel spa to be for free. We had to pay some fee per day. Beds and the apartment are new and functional. Nice and clean interier. Beautiful view.

We had to pay extra fee for the parking. Its about 200 Kč a day. I don't think its necessary. Could have been included in the booking price, if needed.

The staff was very friendly. We had a comfortable and silent room, large enough for 3. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. We could park our car easily

Parking is extra charged, unprofessional staff at reception, wellnes is crowded with no reservation system, too small space for breakfast, almost no available tables. This place is barely 3 stars.

I was not happy that you have to pay extra for parking ontop of quite expensive room rates. I could understand if it was in a location that meant non guests would use it but this was not the case.

I am not sure why you have to pay extra for wellness if you book via booking, while the price of the room is already quite high. would be nice to have a kettle in the room to make a tee or coffee

comfortable room, nice modern bathroom with spacious shower. Quiet location in a green area. Good thick curtains, allowing you to sleep in the morning

- strong noises and shouting from the tennis courts already in the early morning (they don't warn you of this when you book...)- food at the restaurant was OK, but not more, no good beers, and the restaurant and the bar closes far too early- breakfast closes at 10 a.m., but at 9:35 they already remove everything, this is very unpleasant

Great rooms, nice breakfast. Good location a few minutes walk from the main attractions in a very quiet area.

New and comfortable hotel in a quiet area not far from the city center. Cozy, clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Delicious and rich breakfast buffet. Spacious private parking area. Wifi - OK. Recommend.

I booked a room for a guest, stating in the reservation that I would bear the costs. My guest upon arival was requested to pay upfront: never seen an hotel requesting such an advance payment. I went to complain with the staff, who requested to come back the following day because they were not able to handle the situation. Very very bad

They promised before going there, that they can provide gluten free food, that wasn’t true
