We enjoyed our stay a lot, excellent location, we had really beautiful room, the breakfast was very good. Overall everything was amazing, highly recommend.

Only one thing was the sound proofing. We could hear the neighbours using their bathroom ?And a bit of dust in the bathroom.

Clean and comfortable room with a fabulous view over the town of Marianske Lazne. Very good breakfast. Anvar, on reception, could not have been more helpful.

The bed was too soft for my liking. Could do with a kettle in the room but this seems to be common in Europe

Meals were very good for omivores. My vegetarian daughter did not have the best options; however, there were potatoes and pasta with dinner alongside the salad bar. Location is superb and dining room is very charming.

The spa area is not really much of a spa area. The pool was smaller than my carport and old. There is no sauna or whirlpool. When I asked whether I could book a massage weeks before my stay, I was told to book it upon arrival. Once I arrived, there were no possibilities for bookings left. This was disappointing. However, my daughter and I found a wonderful Thai massage close to the O2 in Marienbad, a 20 minute walk away, for 1/2 the price.

Welness is not part of the price like in many other hotels in the area, no sauna or relaxing zone, only very small pool.Filthy room, disgusting housekeeping routines. First room was intolerable, carpet looked like dog rug, stinky, stained, dust and hair. Dislocated floor lists, stains on the window.We asked for vacuuming our next room after it hasn't been done once eventhough we had the cleaning sign on everyday. The housekeeper came, moped the bathroom and then MOPED THE FULLY CARPETED ROOM WITH THE SAME DIRTY CLOTH and left. No vacuuming just leaving the floor with wet blobs of dirt, hair and dust.Bathroom never cleaned properly, just smeared around never reaching the corners, layers of dust on the bedside lamps shades.Ventilation in the bathroom not working.Obvious general lack of maintenance, worn out feeling, broken toilet seat, torn carpets, stains on the walls etc.Housekeeping utensils (bucket with mop and dirty water, dirty laundry bin) being kept standing in the hallways for most of the time.

Everything was perfect. We had a dream room... Princess Room ❤️(my little girl and my wife was deep impressed) ... We enjoy the stay there.. Really good location, food was delicious, everything was clean and the hotel staff was great... We recommend it.

An obvious lack of room maintenance (we tried a few rooms):- very few electric outlets, all of them far from the bed - we used 2 extension cords- the showerhead is hanging very low (1.4m above the bathtub in one room), so you have to hold it when taking a shower - very short shower wall panel, so all the water spills on the floor - ventilation in the bathroom works 10 min out of 60, so after taking the shower it's very steamy Also, a few small things, like squeaky doors, peeling paint, spots on the ceiling after rain (top floor)It could have been a great place to stay in, but an obvious lack of people to fix all these issues makes it less pleasant. The hotel management appears to be in a strict "manpower saving mode"...

Second time staying at the Hotel Belvedere. The location is perfect, right behind the kolonada and the singing fountain. The staff is always kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast room was renovated and with more tables for the guests. The access to the pool for all the guests is a great plus.

I walked 35 km to get here, and was grateful for how simple the check in procedure was, and the quiet night I got. That was all I wanted, but I did like the little balcony overlooking the spa buildings. After a night's rest I was ready for the excellent breakfast buffet.
