- Reception person is more or less 20 years old and he was so helpful person . Room was so clean, location is amazing area because of the train .

- If you rent a room at the hotel, you must check in (around 14.3-16.00 in the afternoon). If you think Time is 7or 8or 9 , you are wrong. They will not open the door for at least 20 minutes. You have to wait for them to open the door. Otherwise everything is good . when i see this hotel has 3 stars, i was shocked . It should be minimum 4 stars .
- As mountain bikers I contacted the hotel prior to arrival and asked was there a garage to keep our bikes in overnight at which point the hotel responded that there was a garage. When we arrived we requested to use the garage and we left our bikes there overnight. At check out we were presented with the bill and told that there was a €15 charge for use of the garage. At no point was this change mentioned, either prior to arriving or when we arrived. We feel this was intentionally kept from us until we had no option but to pay the charge and as a result would not revisit the hotel

The chef Josef is very friendly and made our stay very special. He cooked excellent Indian dishes for us; the best chicken tikka masala that we ever had. Breakfast was excellent for the low price, with fresh fruit cocktail and many other choices. The rooms were big and very comfortable.
