The staff member I dealt with was incredible. My card didn't work with their machine and he still let us check in. Card didn't work later so I paid through the Booking.com app. The card also didn't work in the next IBIS hotel so its a compatibility issue with IBIS as it worked everywhere else. The staff member was very very cool and understanding though. Free coffee in the lobby.

The staff is very rude and unhelpful, the room was very, very dirty! I will never thread in this old chain again! This is equal to theft! I will write in all the press that the behavior and the rooms are simply unclassifiable. Simply, no one understands English!! Minimum money repayment

Breakfast was lovely. Lots of choices.

It would have been better to have a kettle in the room to make tea. However, there were facilities in reception but a bit of a pain to carry hot drinks up to the rooms.

-The bathroom was a bit dirty.-It gets quite loud when you have a room towards the street.

It was clean, modern and silent. We had great steaks at the attached restaurant and the staff was very nice.

The soap in the shower was empty

we had to move from one building to the next building to have breakfast and was snowing outside with 2 kids... not the best set-up

I liked the breakfast.

What i didnt like are the bed covers they are too small and individually for a double booking.I also didnt like how cleaning staffs disturb people while they are asleep there should be a communicstion way to know which rooms are ocuupied and which ones are not.

The room didn't even have basic ventilation. It was way too noisy most of the rooms were road facing and only way to keep ventilated is opening the windows.

street is very noisy, windows were rather dirty and the room, while being a fairly large standard hotel room, was lacking any charme.

Great value for money.

Reception not manned and sign said to go to the building over the road, but you can’t get into the other building with no access card. So back to reception again. This is not easy with a large suitcase after a long journey. Then after checking in I had to go back to the other building.

Wi fi good, room comfortable and a good breakfast. We were given rooms next door to each other, the staff we met were pleasant and helpful.

Being at the side of a busy and noisy main road.

the rooms were large, nothing much in them but that what we like room to move around the bed (you could probably drive round it, it’s that big.

enjoyed everything about the hotel, even the free coffee till 10pm

It was important to me to be near the conference centar so that’s what i liked the most. The breakfast was good, the room was clean and value for the money.

Guests with pets are given rooms in the old building. The sound isolation is bad, we could hear our neighbors through the door.Breakfast is very poor, coffee is bitter and bad.There was no one meeting us in the breakfast room, so we entered with our little dog and sat at a table. Then a lady came over and made us change our seat to another table that is basically at the entrance hall and not in the main breakfast room, because we had a dog with us. That was embarrassing and not pleasant. If they don't allow dogs in the breakfast room (while dogs are allowed to stay in your room), they should mention it or have a sign, not just drag us out of there.

that the tv turned on automatically when you put in your keycard for electricity and you had to turn it off manually every time

The room was comfortable with a nice bed. At night very quite. The location in good, within minutes you find shops, restaurants and bars
