Breakfast was wonderful ….the only issue we had Was this After breakfast there was no way to get coffeeAnd no place outside in the evening to get coffee we did not have a car This was a family reunion so we were at the hotel for 5 nightsWe came from the USA and would have appreciated coffee. At night And some way to get a piece of cake or something beside a vending machine

Such a lovely little town. There were lots of steps but worth it. Friendly atmosphere and wonderful breakfast.

Rooms are good, the breakfast is excellent. The alley on the side of the building is a bit noisy tho in the morning

We were put in an annex a few hundred meters down the road. Strange because we had booked a room in this particular hotel. The annex (50% of the first floor in a large building) looked recently renovated but the shower leaked into the bathroom and the curtains were of a poor quality (a lot of morning light came through it).

The food Dinner was so poor I almost sent main course back. For such a good looking hotel extremely disappointing.

The staff were very helpful.

I checked in very late due to significant problems with the train system, but unfortunately no instructions were provided for obtaining my key.

Lovely light filled room & friendly staff

There is no lift which was hard for me to carry my luggage & my toddler up & down constantly.‘Double bed’ was just two singles pushed together & they kept sliding apart & my toddler would get stuck in the middle.

Good location

We didn’t get the room we booked - a deluxe room with extra facilities. Instead we were put in an annexe several hundred metres from the main hotel. We weren’t told why. We were promised a city view but had a view of a car park and two garages. We had ONE chair instead of a seating area and had to sit on the bed for most of our relaxation time. I asked about a price reduction but was refused. The cleaner was very rude and didn’t clean the bathroom - she just changed the towels - until our last day.

cracking location, clean , tidy , food good and ladies in bar were pleasant.

- the horrible computer generated 'music' during breakfast- no seating area in the room, just one wooden desk chair.- only one bed had a bedside reading lamp

Very clean. Warm. Good value. Location. Friendly hosts. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Safe.

We were put in their other accommodation, which, although we know where this building is now, it took us a while to locate the underground car park, then find the building. Would appreciate better maps and direction. Especially when you're in a different country and it's getting late .Also, we were put in the top floor, which had two flights of stairs . No lift - Fine for us, but just if you were unable to climb stairs.

The old building it is renovated, located in the old city center in a quite, mainly for pedestrians street. The hotel has a restaurant and parking place for the cars with an extra payment.The single room has enough of space. I recommend this hotel and I will try to stay again.

It was nothing available for the organic food which mentioned in the description of the hotel.All other things were pretty nice.

Spacious and very comfortable. great views over Arnsberg. Good breakfast.
