Pros +
- Although some attention was paid to cleanliness, the smell of food at the entrance of the hotel was very disturbing.
- Cleaning lady was friendly.
- The only thing I liked was the mattress and pillow
Cons -
- It seemed like no one was staying at the hotel. In other words, it had the appearance of an abandoned hotel. Although the lady I saw at the reception was polite from time to time, the gentleman's reaction to my friend who entered the hotel parking lot with his car to drop me off was not nice at all. Also, I think it is wrong for hotel staff to walk around the hotel corridors with a K9 type dog. The last time the hotel staff lady got into the elevator with this dog. I was really scared when the dog tried to attack me as soon as the door opened while I was waiting for the elevator. I will never stay at this hotel again
- If I could give this place a zero rating I would. Checking in was fine with owner prepared to speak English or German. I tried my best at German (my 3rd language) and I checked in. That's where the good stopped. I went for bicycle ride the following morning as is my routine. On return I dared riding onto their parking area (a paved area with rubbish area in one corner) in front of the hotel. The male owner coming running out rudely asking me what I'm doing on his parking area. I told him I'm a guest at his hotel after which he said he said he is going to set his dogs on me and that they will bite me!? These are the dogs I could hear barking in my room, so I believed him. He then accused me of my bicycle dripping oil on his sacred parking area. This is not possible as it is a modern bike and I don't use oil. I then de-escalated the situation and went to my room. Later I very politely told the female owner that the situation was not great. Oh boy, then she verbally attacked me, saying that we can cancel the booking and that I can leave, incredibly condescending and rude and also refusing to speak English, strange that as she was very happy to when I booked. Have not experienced such shocking behavior at a hotel ever. Do not stay at this place and if you do, do not touch the parking area, it is sacred apparently. Wonder what's under the paving?
- They did not check me in correctly and the hotel called me after I came back to UK telling me that I didn't pay. Then, I had to transfer the hotel fee to their account. This hotel is an isolated area where there are no reliable public transport and no shops and restaurants. Room was cold and there was no visible heater or radiator in the room. There was a thermostat by the door and when I turned to 30-degree Celsius, nothing changed. I complained about it in the morning, and they told me that they will turn on my heater during the day. When I came back in the evening, the room was cold, I complained again and the lady who was at the reception said the temperature is not bad this time and there is no need to turn on a heater!! I was shocked to hear that, in November and in Germany!! Now, I realised they were doing it deliberately and didn’t care about their guests. I had one more night to stay, I stopped complaining about it. Hotel furniture is in a very bad state and needs replacement. The room has a tiled floor which made it colder, with no rugs, not even one. Breakfast was poor and there were no pastries, no fruit, and no choice of bread and drink.

Solid stay for 1 night
It wasn’t easy accessible and after ringing the bell for a long time no one came, so i waited outside for about 20 minutes before i was helped
The hotel is on an industrial estate, you have to pay for parking (even there is plenty) and it looks nothing like the images on Booking.com There is no restaurant or any other facilities. The beds were comfortable, shower was good and rooms were clean. If this is what you looking for its good value. But don't let website thinks its more than it is!!

Friendly staff, clean room
Construction nearby started very early with a lot of noise
staf and clean
location, no breckfast everythind far vay
very clean room, neatly decorated and modern
all was good
The room was clean and the breakfast was okay albeit too expensive for the choices (bread rolls, small selection of cold cuts, eggs and yoghurt). The bed was okay but very small.
The lobby smelled badly, the staff was just as friendly as they needed to be and not seen after my check-in. The worst is the location though. It's close to the highway but there's nothing in walking distance to buy some water or something (closest gas station is a 25 minute walk away and closes at 10 pm). With no staff that can be asked your in the middle of nowhere and screwed if you want some water or something to eat.
It was clean and very spacious. The WiFi worked well. The shower was good.
It's in the middle of nowhere next to an electric car charging place where trucks seem to park for the night. And yet you have to pay to park over night, after having already paid more than it should be for the room. The curtains are thin so if you're sensitive to the light you'll be up very early in the spring. There weren't many guests but we could hear them from somewhere. A very quickly built building, painted a terrible green and with bare and clinical rooms.
Don’t go here as helping a customer is not part of their dictionary!
Arrived in front of a closed door. Nobody answering the bell or phone, leaving me outside in the cold!Very unfriendly and rude customer service.Don’t go there!!
The location.
Room too warm, even with window open. The 5am wake up call from the chickens. No tea or coffee facilities in room. The surprise €7 car park charge.
Clean
Terrible.
there is no heater in the room, just imagine: it is below 10 degree but no heater in the room….
