I liked the location and how close it was to the shopping center. It was a very convenient location.

There was a slight misunderstanding when I asked what amenities my room had. I was told there'd be a kitchenette and mini fridge. When I arrived I did not have that until my third or fourth day there because I switched rooms (free of charge), but the person/owner who was messaging me was kind and understanding.

It was very easy and smooth to come inside the room. The room was good. Everything was clean. Good location.

Everything!It's a stylish accommodation with great facilities and it was spotless! Definitely the cleanest and well looked after place we have visited in Germany, it was easy to find, easy to navigate and they were very accommodating to us arriving early, we loved it and we can't wait to stay again when we come back for events in the Turbinenhalle.

Nothing, absolutely nothing, everything was perfect!

Large, comfy room. Relatively clean. Human-free check in experience which oddly was ok

Lots of traffic noise and noise from upstairs. Also relatively expensive all things considered.

Location and facilites were just awesome even beds were great I loved it that was harder.

I didnt like just one thing. .. pillow was way too soft

Nicely renovated rooms. Everything was clean. We had joined rooms that i believed could be rented separately, too. Complementary coffee and tea in the lobby as well as a few extras like pool table itd . We will definitely stay there again.

Very convenient location, comfortable beds, great facilities: free parking right outside, microwave, fridge, sink etc. big shopping centre 5mins walk away - very useful for supplies / to grab some food.

Terrible Experience, Avoid This Hotel

We stayed at JustStay Mülheim Hotel & Apartment and it was a huge disappointment. The rooms were extremely hot with *no air conditioning*, and we suffered for *three days* in unbearable heat. Unfortunately, the high temperature caused my *pregnant wife and infant daughter to get sick*. To make things worse, the hotel has *no reception desk or staff on site* – everything is done via phone, which made it impossible to get help or service when we needed it most. The atmosphere of the hotel is dark and unwelcoming — it felt more like an abandoned building than a place for guests. Honestly, it gave off *haunted, eerie vibes*.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. A truly awful experience.

Nice and clean - lounge and my room - so peaceful

Convenient location by car. Self service coffee machine. Studio had everything we needed

Parking was too small. Extra parking was a bit dark. Bathroom was small

Property was clean and nicely decorated. Rooms were spacious and black out curtains were great for a good night sleep.

Room and bathroom had a smell as if someone had been smoking in it. Would be better to have some armchairs so you are not sat on the bed all the time. Would be good to have the breakfast boxes with a seal on them so you are confident no one has tampered with it whiles left outside your door. Please put a smart TV in the rooms so guests can access prime, Netflix or Disney plus.

The hotel in itself is very nice. The common areas are great and I had a big room. Easy to check in and easy to check out. The common areas has games, and also a auto service kiosk that you can use with drinks and snacks.

The pillow was too soft and the blanket too small for the bed. In my case the location was not very good because I had activities in Overhausen. Overhausen is not well connected with this hotel because probably you will need to go to the center of Mulheim and then something else, if you are not by car or taxi.
