there were no towels in the room, I stay there quite often but this time I couldn't sleep properly.

Ir was complicated to call the staff after 10pm to be able to get in. For people who have just data plans and not calls available in their phones, it is a nuisance as it prevents the guests from enjoying night activiites with no worries. Maybe having a WhatsApp option for the communication could help.

The room was very nice, the bathroom was also good.

I wish the breakfast provided more choice of food, the coffee was very good though.

Brilliant location which was only a few minutes walk from the station. Great super kind staff which was also able to recommend good dinner options within walking distance. The room was really nice and with much more character than you will find in a business hotel.

There is no air conditioning, which was not a problem for me and I think it is not fair to expect for the price of the room, but keep that in mind if traveling in summer.

The location is on the shopping street. The interior design is what people like. For me ot was more back to my student times with cheap furnitures.

Parking is a mess and no direction were given before, even you can park just underneath the hotel and cheap. The Breakfast is ok, but not the value for money.

Central location, clean and excellent staff

Great position to walk around the town or take public transport (tram, bus, and underground stops are right outside the hotel). There is parking directly under the hotel (admittedly not owned by the hotel) for €10 per day, but I nearly didn't book because the description on Booking.com says there is no parking. Comfortable bed, large room, shower, and bathroom.

At this price point, you don't expect air conditioning, but when it's warm outside, expect a fair amount of noise from the outside world. We were okay, but it would be a nightmare for a light sleeper.

The quirky and fun style made my stay truly special. Everything followed the Tante Alma theme, with plenty of surprises that made me stop and think—which I loved! The staff was also wonderful.

No espresso machine in my room, everything else was great, it is a special hotel indeed.

A friendly and caring team.Functional and interestingly furnished rooms.Did not have breakfast, but it looked very good.Breakfast and "living" room is very cosy.

The immediate surrounding area is not the beat laze evening. Nothing the hotel could chabge, immer city vibes.

Excellent, quirky and comfortable option in a prime location in the centre of Mülheim, near to the train station, shops and river. Highly recommended.

Got an upgrade to the Queens corner so there was absolutely nothing bad.

Outside its a bit rough during the night.
