Clean and quiet hotel. The room was small, but enough for comfortable sleeping.Place for parking was enough.The breakfast is really good.The personnel is hostile and friendly.

Breakfast is good except coffee. There is only filtered coffee. The room and a bathroom are OK.
The staff is very friendly but they do not speak english at all.
The explanation that the prices for the rooms were much higher because of a fair in Dortmund. We had a good welcome.
Breakfast. Breakfast was till 10 h, but at 9:30 there was not much left of the buffet. When asked the lady was not very willing to organize some refills.Also the hotel has no bar or vending machines to get any drinks.

Location was great for unobtrusive stay, hotel and restaurant were very convenient if one didn't feel like exploring. Tram was close by in case someone wanted to explore, but main town was some way off.

The payment did not work properly. In the booking confirmation it says 51.40€ 3.60€ tax = 55€In the Invoice it says 50.93€ netto and 4.07€ tax. I rather pay at booking.com to avoid trouble with not properly set up credit card devices. It would be very nice to get a proper invoice directly from booking.com
