Sweet breakfast options are very limited.

Breakfast was great. They even had horseradish sauce for the smoked salmon! Very convenient location. Staff were good.

Reception wouldn't say my car parked outside would be safe which worried me a bit. But it was all fine.

Breakfast was very good! Staff were very friendly and were prepared to go the extra mile. Tip, the Greek restaurant next door is excellent.

No sound proofing, so you hear people walking in the passage.

Lovely little hotel across from the schloss Broich castle. Room was spacious and had a great view. Breakfast was wonderful.

The WiFi signal was rather weak. There are not so many restaurants close by.

It was really clean, smart and friendly staff from the 1 minute till the end. Nice view, comfortable bed, TV, amazing breakfast!!!??? All time I feel myself comfortable . Very nice place with professional staff! All included in the breakfast. Nice menu for the people from many countries. ???

Everything was great just my room doesn't have a electric water heater.

Dated hotel, but exactly what we were expecting.It definitely done the job for a cheaper stay.

Very clean room, good breakfast, value for money

Breakfast was unexpectedly good, with scrambled egg, smoked salmon, different and very nice cheeses, fruits, yoghurt and quark, fruit juice and different kind of bread and a nice jug of coffee, and breakfast started at 06.30, so there was time to have something before work. I really appreciated the breakfast. There is car parking on site. The staff were friendly and courteous. The room was clean and basic. The location was good for my work, and also for exploring the Schloss Broich (opposite side of the road) with its nice gardens and fountains, and the bridge over the River Ruhr is just three minutes walk and leads to the city centre.

I am glad I brought my own kettle, milk, coffee and mug, as I correctly anticipated these would not be provided, (if you are expecting to be able to make hot drinks, this is important, but it's not a criticism, as coffee-making facilities aren't always supplied as the norm in hotel rooms on the continent) and I also brought my own portable lamp, which I did need for working at the desk.

Nice staff, clean room and good breakfast.

- TV on the desk was not usable from bed.- Poor WiFi in my room, signal only at the door.- The noise of the street was really loud to hear in my room.- Since there is no ventilation system in the bath there is mold on the ceiling, imo something they should really take care!

I was very satisfied with everything, I really enjoyed my stay! Andreas was super nice and friendly and most importantly, he went beyond to help with my questions/enquiries. The lady at the breakfast was nice too! The room was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. I will definitely be back and I can only recommend this hotel!

- central location, just 5 minutes by foot to the old town- friendly and engaging staff- everything was tidy, clean and working- not a high-class hotel but really good value for money

- The mattress was really soft. All corners came up when I sat/laid down- Single room with a 90cm bed. Fine for me but you should know.

breakfast is very good , room is good ,and the hotel is near train station of mulheim and the river

unfortunately the wifi was not working due to a problem during my stay
