Room is broad and clean

Parking is not free. Not easy to find the entrance.

Breakfast and cleanliness

The fact that we had to pay for packing per night .A The hotel should make provisions for clients.

But breakfast was AMAZING!

Bed was VERY Hard - price was waaaay to high. One night is the price we played for four nights at a better hotel in Berli.The hotell feels worn down, but cost.Hard to find the entrance.

Very clean (apart from a carpeted floor, which is never quite clean), housekeeping staff was lovely, room was big and spacious, breakfast was quite good, really appreciated being able to make fresh orange juice. I used the fitness room/gym a few times, it is very small, but adequate, with a stationary bike, elliptical machine that unfortunately moves a bit when you use it, and a weightlifting unit. It's above a mall, which is very convenient. Even though it was near a train station it was very quiet. Nice big windows.

The wifi was very poor. Also, I was very disappointed that I got wrong information from the woman working on the front desk. For one, she told me (twice) that breakfast was until 12 noon on weekends, when in fact it is until 11. I enquired about a late check-out and she told me I could stay until 4 pm without additional cost because they had lots of rooms available. I was delighted, since my flight was late in the evening. I wanted to get my bags at 6 pm to go to the airport, and she said it would be no problem to check out at 4 and store the bags until 6. So the day of the check-out she was not working, and another woman was there, who denied all the other woman had said. I could not be in the room until 4 pm, check-out was at 12, and I could store my bags only until 4 pm because she had to leave and there would be no one in the reception. Upsetting, since I had planned my day according to the information I received from the first lady. Also, the second lady was very unpleasant about it. The stay had been great up until then, and I would have given 5* had it not been for this disappointing end to my stay. Incidentally, there was no receptionist there in the evenings, and sometimes not even during the day, so the doors were locked -- you had to use your room key card to get in.

Location is very good, maybe a bit confusing as its almost inside the shopping center. And during shopping center operational times you can get access directly, after its closing you should walk around and its a bit confusing to find the entrance. Very friendly reception staff, explained everything.

Room was a bit coldish for me.

The location in the forum and very close to the train station was convenient for our stay. Also that they provided parking in a very crowded area. There is also a number of restaurants close-by for simple dinner options. The room was quite comfortable and had a good size. Views from the top floor were excellent as well.

Location is very good as its in the centre. Breakfast is good and they give free chocolates. Tea and coffee always available

Parking was a nightmare as the car park was closed so until you figure out where to park can be a bit tricky.

Good. Fresh juice making is good

It is always recommended to keep 2 bottles of water as complimentary to Guest. It is difficult to go out and buy drinking water, especially after 7pm. It is also recommended to have mobile charging points near to bed.

Staff is great and rooms are big, location is also good as its in the centre plus there is the train station under so perfect. Also lots of taxi where available

To find the place took me ages also need to make clear markings for the hotel parking that should be level 7. Google maps position is not good for this hotel and its important to note that its in a mall the hotel

It is in the shopping centre and easy to reach by elevator. Location-wise it is particularly good. Staff speaks very good English too.

I have no negative things about the place.

not the widest selection of foods at breakfast, but what was available was tasty.more consistent presence at the reception would be helpful. often there was nobody there, at various hours of the day, morning and afternoon.was not aware that garage closes at some point, had some issues getting to my car one night

- Clear parking instructions were missing - Some dust on the level shelves of the walk-in-closet- TV Remote control did not work in room 3 (batteries empty?)
